Additional Info:


1) If the phone is blocked from financing, then gets cleaned, and then the customer tries to activate it on T-Mobile - it will immediately go back to blocked.  No refund will be given.

2) If a blocked IMEI is cleaned that has financing, status will still show financing after cleaned.

3) If the phone is lost/stolen and cleaned without financing it can be used on T-Mobile no problem. It will show BLOCKED on other carriers like AT&T if you unlock it. So just use on T-mobile in this instance.
