Biography
Ura was one of the few survivors of the destruction of the planet Hera. However, she was sadly roped in with Bojack and his gang when the spell was placed on them to seal them away by the four Kais. During that time, her aging was stunted and she appears nineteen despite being close to her 40's. With the death of King Kai and the spell being released, she was able to roam free years after the destruction of her home planet. Since then she went off to become a mercenary, doing odd jobs here and there for some cash in order to keep herself up and moving. Yet, she was never satisfied with anything she actually did. Destroy a planet here, kill a few people there. It all just wound up getting boring to her after a time. Now after her body aged a bit and looking more towards her 20s (although, now being close to her 50s age wise) she formally retired to Earth because of the fact that it was the one planet she never got to explore after being released. She spends a lot of her time training, shopping, or crime fighting on an occasion where she gets extremely bored. She lives in a small house on the outskirts of West City with her cat (Dexter) and her wealth.
Personality
Ura is a very blunt and cold woman. She doesn't deal in excuses or bullshit. She can also be quite apathetic when it comes to the suffering of or the killing of others. When asked about how she felt when she destroyed a planet with 5 billion inhabitants she would just shrug and say that "It's business" and mean it. She shows little to no regard for people that she kills and never loses any sleep over their deaths. Another thing to note is that Ura is easily bored. Something menial like a fight she could easily win or something that doesn't keep her hands or brain active doesn't excite her in the slightest. Though, that's not to say she doesn't like to fight. She is always looking to sharpen her skills and get stronger. Money is also a big motivator for her. For the right amount of cash, she's willing to put on her mercenary hat again and accomplish whatever she's being paid for. It is also noted that she dislikes criminals, specifically those who steal. She couldn't really explain why she hates stealing but she'll break your arms for it.
Techniques
Psycho Thread - Energy needles capable of ensnaring victims, and at the behest of their struggling, begins to drain energy from their body.
Galaxy Buster - Ura creates a large energy ball and throws it at her opponent where it explodes on contact. Large enough to destroy a planet.
Genocide Blast - A beam attack fired from one hand that can engulf smaller beams or split into five smaller tracking beams.
Murder Disc - Ura creates two large discs in her hands and throws them at her opponent, each having the ability to split into four tracking discs. Able to cut through pretty much anything.
Energy Dome - Ura uses her ki to create a protective dome around herself. Can be expanded to protect allies but uses more ki.
Nova Impact - Ura creates a massive ki ball and then condenses it before firing it resulting in a massive explosion.
Transformations
Full Power - Ura can concentrate her ki and cause her blue skin to turn lime green and her muscles to bulk up. Her height, weight, and power (50x) drastically increases while in this state.
