Transmagic clean uninstall

Sometimes it is necessary to perform a clean uninstall of TransMagic, one case is when a file has been corrupted, or the error "Initialization of Library Failed" occurs -- please follow these steps:

    Contact License@TransMagic.com to get a download link to the latest version of TransMagic
    Uninstall TransMagic using Control Panel > Programs and Features
    Open up Regedit.exe (click the windows start button and type regedit)
    Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Right-Click on the ‘TransMagic’ folder and select ‘Delete’
    You will receive a ‘Confirm Key Delete’ prompt. Click ‘Yes’
    Open up a file explorer and navigate to C: > Users > Public > Public Documents > TransMagic
    Delete this folder
    Reboot
    Double-click on the TransMagic installation executable (downloaded in step 1) and reinstall.
