A Matter of Time - A HUD clock widget

<Purpose>
- I want to be able to quickly know If it's about time to sleep or not, plus, it gives a nice sense of time in a beautiful way! i don't want to always go to the map and see what time is it! It's non-immersive since you can't tell exactly what time is when you're in a dungeon, you can only guesstimate, and the timescale makes it difficult to do that myself, that why I'll use this mod to tell not the time exactly but if it's evening or dawn.
