Shiny Hunt Plans for Gen 5 Living Dex Playthroughs

Hey Guys, I thought it would be cool to let you guys know what I'm planning on hunting throughout my playthroughs of all my games, so that there's kind of a clear plan moving forward. I also have some ground rules that I think laying out now are important. So, Let's lay out the few rules:
1: A hunt CANNOT impede on a playthrough. I'm doing this rule to prevent any situation where getting something shiny would stop a playthrough altogether.
2: I will be organizing by game. The reason I do this is to make it more clear when and how the hunts will happen. The last thing I want is for something to be so vague it doesn't give an explanation. Like, saying "I'm gonna hunt rayquaza" doesn't help at all because I can hunt rayquaza in half the games I'm going to play through.
3: If it can be hunted in Gen 3, I'm going to try and hunt it in gen 3. This is so I can duplicate it and use it to fuel giveaways/sell to buy things that improve the stream. Ultimately I want the stream to help fund improvements for itself. So more capture cards, more consoles, different games, better mic, etc etc. Its all getting funded by money that YOU, the viewer put into my stream. So I think that selling/using shinies as giveaway fuel is a good way to continue benefitting my stream, to make it a better stream for you guys.
4: I will update this listing by indicating when a hunt is completed.
5: The Ruby/Sapphire hunts will happen once the exclusives for those games are caught, since they do impede the playthrough, but it impedes the playthrough immediately after beating the elite four. HOWEVER, If I somehow get the funds, I will get an E-Reader and an Eon Ticket. This will make hunting Latios/Latias appear in the opposite games as static pokemon, Rather than roamers after the elite four.
