  1. Hail Clansmen of Sar-Sargoth
  2.
  3. Those of you who are reading this now have a great opportunity within your grasp, I mean to re-establish an ancient order of the People, all but destroyed in a clan war fought long before the Darkness at Sethanon. A number of clans, my own included, formed an alliance that sought to bring a new level of order to the clans. Composed of veterans of the war with the Glamredhel they were able to form an effective confederation that brought with it stability and obedience in that part of the world for many years. A great wealth of knowledge flowed down across generations as the secret techniques and arts of the confederation were passed down. As the power of these teachings grew, an order was formed to protect and control their existence. Thus the Sanctum Brotherhood was formed. Fulfilling its purpose quietly across the centuries the order acted to safeguard the interests of the founding clans until the great schism. The Voice and Mind of the order betrayed and broke away from the Body, Sword and other Nonpareils. The war that erupted saw the destruction of the confederacy clans as all were obliterated during the subjugation of the Voice. The Mind was felled by the Body in a great war of the plains but left him weak enough to be vanquished by the Voice.
  4. The Sword was the last of the Nonpariels to oppose the Voice and was destroyed along with almost all of his clan. To the best of my knowledge no other member of the order survived........save one. The Dagger, heir to the Sword and least of the Nonpareils was taken as a prize
  5. of the Voice where he was kept in darkness until the world was changed.
  6.
  7. I am free now and though I have not yet found the Voice and exacted vengeance it is still my sacred duty to guard the teachings of the Sanctum. Although many of them are lost, some still live in me and I will seek out the rest or if they cannot be found I shall learn greater secrets that will surpass what once was. Still I cannot do this alone and so the order must be restored to once more bring order and stability to our world.
  8.
  9. I am thus recruiting invidiuals with the potential for greatness to assist me in my endeavour and, in so doing, re-forge what was lost. The Power that we shall wield will be indescribable
  10. our Will indomitable and our Swords' thirst unquenchable. Why might you ask, should you join me in my efforts, and so shall I answer. The brotherhood that I shall mould will provide for the needs
  11. of its members like no other. Arms and armour will be available to you free of charge, there will also be access to apply for exclusive scholarships for those in the order showing potential. These will be in the form of lessons in the arts of war. The respect we shall garner across Triagia will be a power in and of itself. You will be duty-bound to your brothers as they will be to you. You shall not want for allies, and you will share in the prosperity of the Sanctum. Spiritual and physical enrichment will be encouraged in your service to the Sanctum and you will be expected to develop yourself to help us achieve greatness.
  12.
  13. CONCERNING RACES, there will be no limitation on who or what may join me in my quest to restore an ancient power. I will take each based on their merit. If I look into the eyes of even the most unlikely cellar goblin and glimpse greatness I will not fear extending my hand to them. Nor shall I fear obliterating the unworthy.
  14.
  15. Trolls, humans, and even goblins may apply. Should you meet the high entry requirements and join me, then Lims-Kragma take the next one to call you unworthy. I do not take my judgement being questioned lightly.
  16.
  17. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS,
  18.
  19. Those wishing to join me should be a national of the Dark Brotherhood and while being part of the city of Sar-Sargoth is not mandatory, enemies of Sar-Sargoth need not bother to apply.
  20. You should not be beneath the 30th circle of experience to apply.
  21. You cannot join the Sanctum and also be a member of a clan such as Raven or Dragon or a guild such as Stardock. This is to prevent a clash of objectives, loyalty to our brotherhood must be unquestionable.
  22. We shall provide more for you than one of the other clans is likely to.
  23. You can be in a divine order, it is unlikely that there will be a clash between ideologies.
  24. You must pass a vetting procedure that I will conduct to assess your suitablity. This will include how you conduct yourself, what opinions you have and how open you are to learning. I will be looking for combat expertise in more experienced applicants.
  25.
  26. Additional requirements will be made known during the vetting procedure and certain positions within our brotherhood will have their own requirements.
  27.
