 2020 MP Spice Act
1. The sale and consumption of Spice will be given legal status across the entire provision, for anyone
who is over 18.
1.1: Anyone who is a minor will be given community service for 40 hours per incident.
1.2 Anyone who is caught selling to a minor will be subject to 40 hours of community service per incident, fines, and jail time, which will vary on the level of offense.
2: There will be a 15% tax on Spice, the tax will be used to fund rehabilitation programs, such as detox programs and mental health within designated rehabilitation centers. 7.5% percent of the tax will go to the state, and 7.5% will go to rehab and education.
3: We will be starting a public health and education campaign to encourage Bluetopians to attend detox
and other rehabilitation sessions. We will also be starting a recruitment drive for therapists and counselors to help run the rehabilitation programs.
4: The government of the provision will be taking a firm stance against any military intervention to secure spice. Any attempts to secure Spice must be through trade with the consent of both parties. Any trade will be taxed with future levys by the provision’s government.
