Then there was the ship and everyone stopped moving and just gawked as it silently landed a few yards from where that green-blooded creature was fighting to get back up. It made it to one knee when a ramp lowered from the ship and another being just like him came into view. It ignored the sounds of weapons being primed all around and strode purposefully toward its injured comrade.

The first creature managed to stand just as the other one joined it. The second one, incredibly, was almost a foot taller and seemed older, more experienced. The smaller one tried to aim its shoulder weapon as a defense, but the instant
the mechanism moved, a massive hand shot forward and wrenched it free; it hit the grass and he crushed it underfoot.

Then, in a single powerful move, the big one grabbed the other by the back of the neck and hauled him up until his feet dangled above the ground. The dangling one shot a set of serrated blades out of one wrist, but his captor trapped that arm and snapped it. An attempt at grabbing something off its belt ended just as quickly, and the struggle went out of him when the larger one shook him like an oversized rat and turned back toward the ship.-pg.393 chpt.14
