Targeting U.S. Citizens with Directed Energy Weapons and MKULTRA

Based on a 2009 Department of Justice (DOJ) report, and other reports in 2010, an estimated 350,000 Americans are being attacked with military grade Directed Energy Weapons by interconnected secret government cells, in what is commonly referred to as Organized Stalking of Targeted Individuals.

The DOJ released an updated report in September 2012, Stalking Victims in the United States - Revised, but the update was based on the results from the same 2006 DOJ questionaire that was used for the 2009 DOJ report, the Supplemental Victimization Survey (SVS). The original 2009 report, and 2012 updated report, also relied on the National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS), the data for which was collected between 1973 to 2011.

Activists claim that the SVS was deliberately misleading and omitted extreme stalking material facts; most notably the matter of persons stalked by one or more persons was not addressed in the 2009 and 2012 DOJ reports. FOIA request No. 10-00169 to DOJ Office of Justice Programs, dated March 22, 2010, revealed that 446,790 episodes of stalking were committed by 3 or more persons, and more than 4 in 10 were committed by the offenders working together. The Department of Defense defines directed energy as “a beam of concentrated electromagnetic energy or atomic or subatomic particles” that can “damage or destroy enemy equipment, facilities and personnel.” See this Navy Times report, Group to DoD: Focus on directed energy weapons.

Common bio-effects of electromagnetic and other non-lethal weapons include effects to the human central nervous system resulting in physical pain, difficulty breathing, vertigo, nausea, disorientation and other systemic discomfort. Microwave pulses can affect the epidermis (skin) and the dermis. The dermis is the thick sensitive layer of skin and connective tissue beneath the epidermis that contains blood, lymph vessels, sweat glands, and nerve endings. Microwave pulses can generate burns or induce terminal disease from as far as 700 yards, or more than 700 yards if applied by satellite.

Since the new weapons tracelessly penetrate buildings to injure targets, they leave no evidence of the perpetrator, a perfect crime weapon for the Satanic deviates that control the NSA. The heart attack gun and the ray gun are only a couple of many in the arsenal of military high-tech weapons that can be used to stealth assassinate individuals by making the cause of death look natural. Targeted Individuals claim being injured and tortured, and in some cases even tortured to death with the new weaponry.

The Department Of Justice statistics report, Stalking Victimization in the United States in 2009, included a misleading survey (the SVS) that omitted extreme stalking material facts. According to the documentation that was omitted in that DOJ report, tens of thousands of the victims are known to the government as being gang stalked by groups of between 3 and 50 persons. The 2006 Supplemental Victimization Survey (SVS) was designed to measure the prevalence, characteristics, and consequences of non-fatal stalking so that policymakers, academic researchers, practitioners at the federal, state and local levels, and advocates could make informed decisions concerning policies and programs. However, the traitors have not done anything to stop these Stalkings and dismantle the Stalker network because it fits their own NWO agendas.
The Stalking Victimization Survey (SVS) measured the following stalking behaviors:

• making unwanted phone calls

• sending unsolicited or unwanted letters or e-mails

• showing up at places without a legitimate reason act of stalking differ across states

• following or spying on the victim

• waiting at places for the victim

• leaving unwanted items, presents, or flowers

• posting information or spreading rumors about the victim on the internet, in a public place, or by word of mouth

The SVS also identified victims who experienced the behaviors associated with stalking, but neither reported feeling fear as a result of such conduct, nor experienced actions that would cause a reasonable person to feel fear. The SVS asked questions related to victims' experiences of unwanted contact or harassing behavior on two or more occasions during the previous 12 months. The survey provides information about the following dimensions of stalking behavior: relationship of the perpetrator to victim; onset, duration, and resistance; other crimes and injuries committed against the victim in conjunction with stalking; victim response; criminal justice response; and cost to victim. Stalking involves organized domestic terror cells stalking Targeted Individuals, and this is commonly known as Organized Stalking, Gang Stalking, or Cause Stalking.
  Five known aspects of Organized Stalking of Targeted Individuals:

• High frequency of attacks and long-term duration of attacks

• Use of a variety of known physical and psychological MKULTRA/COINTELPRO techniques, including sleep deprivation induced by electronic harassment, and biological attacks with viruses and other agents

• Professional unforced house entry, with no sign of force regardless of types of locks, often to access targets while asleep

• Law enforcement refusal to protect targets, investigate, or prosecute

• Covering-up the crime with torture tactics created to appear so unbelievable that bogus “mental illness” is used to discredit targets, or so well-disguised that the induced “mysterious illnesses” neutralize targets
   There is definite relationship between Organized Stalking of Targeted Individuals with microwave hearing & ultrasound weapons, and the new changes to the worldwide guidelines for determination of mental illness which is used by psychiatrists.

Those changes, the first time in 15 years that changes are to be made, are a major threat to all of us. The new rules are highly contested by honest psychiatrists & others, and provide for treating people with psychotropic drugs for only possibly having 'the potential to develop a mental illness'. In the private sector, the technology often goes by the name of Silent Subliminal Presentation System. The technology was also released to certain corporate vendors quite a few years ago. Whatever you call it, Silent Sound is a technology that uses subliminal programming that is carried over Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) broadcast waves or on microwave frequencies - planting inaudible messages directly into the subconscious human mind. The most insidious aspect of Silent Sound is that it is completely undetectable by those being targeted. Because it delivers its subliminal programming directly to the human brain via the auditory cortex (bypassing the ears) at frequencies humans ears are incapable of perceiving as sound, there is no defense against it. Everyone on the planet is equally susceptible to mind control via Silent Sound, and there is no escape from it. UHF and microwaves can be transmitted over very long distances from remotely located sources and will pass through walls and other objects as if they are not there. UHF is the frequency (100 megahertz) that has been used for television and radio broadcasting for as long as these media have existed. Silent sound is designed to utilize UHF or microwave frequencies as the carrier waves.

Perfected more than twenty years ago by the Department of Defense, and battlefield-tested upon unwitting Iraqi soldiers serving in the army of Saddam Hussein in the Gulf War during 1991, Silent Sound is a sinister weapon that has been been developed for a specific mission: the total subjugation of the American people and then the world.     HIGH TECH PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE ARRIVES IN THE MIDDLE EAST DHAHRAN, SAUDI ARABIA

    (March 23)--Sources in Dhahran today revealed what might have been the true reason for the seemingly illogical and apparently suicidal attack by Iraqi troops on the deserted city of Al-Khafji, located just 12 miles south of the Kuwaiti border. The report indicates that the top priority objective of the Iraqi strike across the border was a successful attempt to destroy a small, portable FM radio station that had been installed on the roof of the tallest building in the town of Al-Khafji by the U. S. Defense Department's PsyOps Branch.

    With the destruction of Saddam Hussein's military command and control system, communications with Iraqi troops in Kuwait are now largely carried out in a very primitive manner by utilizing Iraq's commercial FM radio stations located in the small Iraqi towns adjacent to Kuwait's western border. Military orders are encoded and then transmitted by Baghdad's military FM radio station YIHS. These signals are received and re-broadcast, in turn, by designated FM stations located between Baghdad and the Kuwaiti border until the programming arrives at the designated "control" station of the day which then broadcasts directly to the troops in Kuwait on exactly 100.00 MHz (megahertz), which is continuously monitored by all.

    In order to nullify this Iraqi military line of communications (LOC), the U. S. PsyOps organization attached to the U. S. Central Command in Dhahran installed a portable FM broadcast transmitter, a gasoline-electric generator and a continuous tape recording system on top of the tallest building in the deserted city of Al-Khafji. The station transmitted on 100.00 MHz and its power output was adjusted to cover up the transmission of the Iraqi station operating on exactly the same frequency.

    The clandestine station programming consisted of patriotic and religious music and intentionally vague, confusing and contradictory military orders and information to the Iraqi soldiers in the Kuwait i Theater of Command (KTO). The size and power of enemy forces was always intentionally exaggerated. Surrender was encouraged.

    ACCORDING TO STATEMENTS MADE BY CAPTURED AND DESERTING IRAQI SOLDIERS, HOWEVER, THE MOST DEVASTATING AND DEMORALIZING PROGRAMMING WAS THE FIRST KNOWN MILITARY USE OF THE NEW, HIGH TECH, TYPE OF SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES REFERRED TO AS ULTRA-HIGH-FREQUENCY "SILENT SOUNDS" OR "SILENT SUBLIMINALS".     ALTHOUGH COMPLETELY SILENT TO THE HUMAN EAR, THE NEGATIVE VOICE MESSAGES PLACED ON THE TAPES ALONGSIDE THE AUDIBLE PROGRAMMING BY PSYOPS PSYCHOLOGISTS WERE CLEARLY PERCEIVED BY THE SUBCONSCIOUS MINDS OF THE IRAQI SOLDIERS AND THE SILENT MESSAGES COMPLETELY DEMORALIZED THEM AND INSTILLED A PERPETUAL FEELING OF FEAR AND HOPELESSNESS IN THEIR MINDS. IT WAS NECESSARY FOR THE iRAQI TANK COMMANDERS OR ANOTHER CREW MEMBER TO LISTEN TO THE FM STATION 24 HOURS EACH DAY FOR QUICKLY CHANGING DEPLOYMENT ORDERS. THEY WERE BEING EXPOSED TO THE "SILENT SOUNDS" DURING THE SAME LISTENING PERIODS.

Silent Sound used against Iraqi soldiwers Gulf War

Whether or not Silent Sound is coupled with the new all-digital TV signal as its means of delivery into the minds of an unsuspecting U.S. populace, it can be deployed by many different devices, including HAARP and GWEN towers, which would effectively blanket the entire nation at once. This is very much related to the documented mind control plans of National Security Agency Devil Worshiper Michael Aquino to transmit mind control via microwaves broadcast over TV, radio, cell phone towers, and satellites to conquer the planet with these technologies.

According to Judy Wall, Editor and Publisher of Resonance, the Newsletter of the Bioelectromagnetics Special Interest Group, there is evidence that the U.S. Government has plans to extend the range of this mind control technology to envelop all peoples, all countries. This can be accomplished, and is being accomplished, by utilizing HAARP for home and overseas areas, and the GWEN network in Europe. The U.S. Government denies all of this. FYI, Judy Wall is not a mind control victim and avoids victim testimonials in favor of only factual objective material.

Several mind control missions that were conducted in foreign lands are listed in the article, and it is pointed out that here in the United States, the Air National Guard of any state can also operate these Commando Solo units against the population if the Governor of a state requests it.

Coupled with the use of supercomputers, an individual’s unique EEG electroencephalographic patterns can be digitally altered and then stored for rebroadcast via digital UHF. Those recorded brain waves from human guinea pigs can be broadcast into anyone's head. These computer enhanced EEG waveforms can identify and isolate the brain’s low-amplitude emotion signature clusters, synthesize them and then store them on another computer. This is known as Brainwave Frequency Following Response (FRR), and there are several U.S. Patents based on FFR. There is also a device included in the patent, it is named 'The Mood Minder.'

By studying the subtle characteristic brainwave patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion, scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave pattern and can now duplicate it. These modified emotion signature clusters can then be broadcast over UHF carrier frequencies (i.e. regular TV and radio signals) and sent directly into the brain where they can then silently trigger the same basic emotion in another human being.

In other words, if the emotional signature cluster for, say, a feeling of hopelessness and despair is being fed directly into your brain via unseen radio waves, you will feel those emotions.

According to Bill Taylor, who operates The William J. Taylor Agency which investigates Targeted Individuals' reports, some Targeted Individuals have been found to have been secretly implanted with RFID chips for easier tracking and assaulting with DEW's. Targeted Individuals are subjected to the program used to spy, harass and torture the implanted victim through remote electroshock, burning of skin near postulated implant sites, and radio broadcast voices into the skull involving insults and influences for self-destruction for up to twenty-four hours a day while the victim is at home, at work or elsewhere.

The RFID chip is about the size of a grain of rice, is virtually undetectable and practically indestructible once inserted under the skin – usually in your right hand or forehead. The chip has a special polyethylene sheath that helps skin bond to it, so that it stays in place. Since the chip has no battery, there are no chemicals to worry about and the chip never runs down, it's expected life is up to 20 years.

In his book, Cause Stalking, David Lawson describes his 12 years of infiltrating extremist cells and quotes stalking cell recruits:

    "We are like the police except we are above the police. We are a citizen’s group that helps the police. We are trying to alert people in the area about this person [the target] before he gets to do what he did in the last place he lived. When I get the call, I go to whatever the address is. It doesn’t matter what they [targets] do, they can never get away from us. Who are we? We drive the ambulances that take you to the emergency room. When your house is burning, we put out the fire. We are security guards. We protect you at night. We are janitors. We have the keys. We fix your cars. YOU DON’T WANT TO MESS WITH US.”

That is documented on many awareness websites, the government uses these groups to conduct much of their stalking so that they can have deniability. Most stalking victims do not recognize that they are under surveillance until the intrusions have occurred over a long period or become overtly threatening or violent. Most families and friends of targets do not recognize that a target is under surveillance and DEW assaults until it is too late. This is non-consensual human experimentation in the United States and it has been going on long enough.

Silent Sound operates at frequencies beyond the range of human hearing, and there is no defense against it. We are not just talking about thoughts and emotions. We are also talking about pain. Some of these weapons that are in use can cause pain. We are not just talking about adding thoughts and emotions, we are talking about the disruption of normal mental and physiological functioning. Targets may not be left unaware by the perpetrators. The victims may be purposely made aware but left helpless to add more enjoyment for the torturers. Silent Sound is subliminal, silent. You can not hear the transmmission. There is no trace left by Silent Sound or other DEW mind control weapons (and some other DEW's that do not leave marks or burns on the victims). These are perfect crimes. The government covers up the attacks against individuals with torture tactics created to appear so unbelievable that bogus mental illness is used to discredit targets, or are so well-disguised that the induced mysterious illnesses neutralize the victims. Meanwhile the Satanic New World Order marches on towards their goal.
