What is TOYM? (The Outstanding Young Men)

	TOYM means “The Outstanding Young Men” and is the country's most prestigious award for young people whose unselfish commitment to their field resulted in substantial contributions to the community and our countrymen. Also, It is an annual national award for Filipinos between the ages of 18 and 40, previously known as the "Outstanding Young Filipinos (TOYF)" from 1996 to 1999, and is given to honor those who have made considerable contributions to their field or community. Additionally, JCI Philippines and the TOYM Foundation, as well as other partners and stakeholders, host the award annually. Through honoring exceptional young Filipinos the TOYM aims to inspire the next generation of Filipinos by highlighting inspiring examples in the spirit of selfless service to mankind.
