  2. + Spy sprint with speed boost should match your boosted speed

  4. - Fixed reduced overheal building extra ubercharge
  5. ~ Fix only works outside of spawn

  7. + Reverted recharge time to 10s (was 15s)
  8. - Fixed max overheal increase and uber building bugs
  9. Requisite fixing of bugs, former one to make using spy sprint with the RTR consistent, latter two to avoid unintentionally building uber too fast with a pocketed heavy. Dalokohs recharge was reverted as compensation as it seemed underwhelming without exploits.

  19. Making the supportive usage of jar weapons more rewarding with the slower recharge. In addition, the gas passer's cloud was not use terribly much for support due to cost of using it and rarity one might need it.

  23. The added damage made the addition of a crit combo somewhat overkill

  26. + Added +33% airblast push force to self
  27. Due to the higher cost of the airblast making its utility more costly, it was felt it should have it's mobility improved to aid in flanking with it without relying on a secondary.

  29. Buffalo Steak Sandvich
  30. - Removed reduction in push force taken from damage
  31. - Removed reduction in airblast vulnerability
  32. Both the speed and knockback made a steak heavy almost unstoppable by normal means, thus reintroducing some counter felt necessary to keep it in check.

  34. Righteous Bison
  35. + Increased damage bonus to +200%
  36. - Reverted clip size penalty to -33%
  37. Reverting it's clip felt necessary due to its penetration and spammable nature. It's damage was buffed slightly to make up for this, making it more comparable to the shotgun in mid-range.

  39. Conniver's Kunai
  40. + Increased max health drain restored at 3/s (was 1.5/s)
  41. The regeneration appeared to be far too punishing, requiring over 10 seconds to recover from a single stab. This buff should make it only require at most 20 seconds for your max HP to recover from a chainstab.

  43. Reserve Shooter
  44. + Removed clip size penalty
  45. - Reduced accuracy bonus to 15% (was 25%)
  46. Panic Attack
  47. - Removed accuracy bonus (was 15% more)
  48. Meant to cut back on excess statistics on items.

  50. Killing Gloves of Boxing
  51. ~ Changed On-Kill: gain 100% crits until your next attack or rev up, and 3 second thereafter
  52. + Crit boost lasts until you start your next rev up or attack
  53. - Crit duration reduced from 5 seconds to 3 seconds (not counting rev time)
  54. With the higher bar to gaining crits, a buff was felt. These changes are meant to make transfering the crits to your next attack more reasonable for the heavy, while keeping the potential duration of crits more limited, particularly with the minigun.

  56. Sharpened Volcano Fragment
  57. - Reduced volcano effect's fire weakness to a +30% vulnerability (was mini-crits)
  58. Given the number of pyro weapons that deal crits/mini-crits on burning enemies, it was felt giving a boost to damage would help prevent overlap and be a better pay-off.

  60. Third Degree
  61. ~ Reverted damage link to targets connected by heal beams
  62. + Linked players includes targets connected through dispeners
  63. + Removed less healing from healers
  64. Reverted to be more in-line with it's original theme, expanding its use against groups of enemies being healed. Due to the more limited usage, the healing downside was removed.

  66. Quick-Fix
  67. + Removed ubercharge duration penalty
  68. + Blast Jump mirroring is toggleable with the RELOAD key
  69. - Blast Jump mirroring makes medic take half the self-damage of their patient
  70. - Reverted ubercharge bonus to +10% (was +33%)
  71. The faster build speed seemed oppressive against other ubers, particularly on limited team sizes. To help with the reverting of its build speed, it's duration was restored, making sharing with teammates even more rewarding. In addition, the blast jumping mirroring was made less free to use but more in the user's control.
