  5. - Opus at 128-160 kbps is typically transparent and equivalent to those formats.
  6. - If you want extra headroom, 192 kbps Opus is overkill and will more than match 320 kbps MP3 while being much more efficient.

  8. In most cases, 160 kbps Opus is a safe equivalent to 320 kbps MP3 / 256 kbps AAC without wasting extra space.
