Note:
	When I say "swap carts" this is what I mean:
	eject the first cart without powering off the console
	insert SMW cart
	hit the reset button, not the power switch
	as long as the console is not powered down, the value will stick
	if it doesn't work first time try it again, sometimes ram can get garbled when you pull out the cart
