  7. Convert almost any engine to run on a mix of hydrogen and gasoline by using the engines vacuum to assist in the production of HHo gas made from water and stainless steel plates you can find easily. Nasa has tested this technology as has verified it increases mileage on v8 engines. *This version is very safe and very affordable and out performs all others. We don't sell it. We show you how to build it. (* Build at your own risk. Death can result from misuse or malfunction.*) For information use only, Do not attempt. For entertainment uses only. Approximate cost $55

  11. 1> lol uses AC switches and wiring... bro... good job
  12. 2> Switch is a switch, Wire is a wire. its fine as long as its not too small. .. "bro"
  13. 3> Not really. He's pulling 30A DC through a 15~20A AC rated switch. He thinks the voltage makes a difference for the amperage. It doesn't.
  14. He needs to use a 40A rated 12/14VDC automotive relay.
  15. The wiring is sufficient, given the short distance, but any longer and 30A needs higher gauge wiring for DC. AC uses skin-effect current transfer, DC goes THROUGH the wire.
  16.
  17. 4> the skin effect is almost not present at 60 hz.
  18.
  19. 3> It's still very much a factor, though. The skin depth at 60Hz is about 8500um (something like 9200um for 50Hz, IIRC). This means that you don't need higher gauge wire to carry a current. That means you gain no advantage after 0 gauge wire and 14ga wire can easily handle 15A 120V (1800W) A/C, but only ~350W for DC (~12V @ ~32A).
  20.
  21. Using A/C wiring and switches for DC is a fire hazard.

  24. 5> I've been working with hydrogen generators for about 7 years and there are some issues I can see here. The video makes no mention of how to "trick" the o2 sensor into thinking everything is normal with the increase in oxygen from the hydrogen production. If you don't install an o2 manipulator or somehow fake out the o2 sensor, your generator will be useless. Your engine will adjust your gas consumption accordingly once it detects the increased oxygen. Second, having wires go through the sharp holes on the metal lid will eventually cause a short and your hydrogen generator will go BOOM. Third, the increased h2o, which is a by-product of hydrogen generation, will quickly corrode your exhaust system. I mean quickly corrode. The money you will spend on exhaust repairs will outweigh the savings on gas. I installed mine on my Cadillac, which by the way, happens to have a stainless steel exhaust system. My car went from 28mpg to just over 40mpg, but ONLY after I installed an o2 manipulator I purchased online.

  26. 6> I plan to try something similar to this with my '94 Explorer and my '97 Thunderbird. But I will be using a "dry cell" HHO generator. It's a bit more efficient than the "wet cell" shown here. Also, the brake booster is definitely NOT the best place to put the HHO return line. It needs to go upstream of the throttle body and downstream of the air filter and/or mass air flow meter. I am hoping that it will increase the effiicency of both my vehicles. Currently the Explorer with 4x4 and 4.0L pushrod V-6 gets 17mpg on a good day and the T-Bird with 4.6L SOHC V-8 gets 22mpg. I am hoping to increase that substantially. I have a friend who has built an HHO generator that powers his lawnmower, without gasoline! I have seen it in action and I know this technology works when executed correctly.
