- Thermal Thruster
- ~ Fixed deploy animation speed up to now allow you to properly launch faster
- - Increased mini-boost cost to 66% of meter (was 50%)
- The intended bonus to the deploy animation should now properly function, allowing for much faster launching with the item, hopefully to more fluidly mix into one's movement and aid in escape. However the mini-boost's strength for how easily activated was something in need of reining in. An increase in charge time was added to compensate for the lack of extra time spent deploying to use it.
- Buffalo Steak Sandvich
- ~ Fixed issue where eating immediately after switching from rev not providing healing or faster eating
- Holstering from spin-down to quickly pull the item out and make use of the item should now consistently provide you the intended bonuses, making a faster response from the Heavy.
- Holiday Punch
- + Crits now stun airborne targets for 3 seconds
- + Added 20% faster firing speed
- - Added 15% damage penalty
- The weapon was considered a bit too inconsistent for how the forced laugh behavior worked, and how difficult it can be to land the 3-hit combo on enemies before they die. This version should now be more consistent in the reward it provides to the Heavy when they land this crit hit, with a firing speed bonus to aid in landing it more easily.
- Syringe Guns
- ~ Fixed minicrits counting as crits
- - Changed crit heal timer reduction to start of healing ramp up, taking 5 seconds before patient goes from 1x to 3x healing
- The amount of overheal that a Medic could generate was considered slightly too high for how switftly it could be done during down time. This change should hopefully curb this slightly when the Medic is healing single patients or smaller groups that don't require much committment, while still providing a gradual boost to their healing before ramping up to full.
- The Blutsauger
- ~ Fixed healing on hit to properly only provides +3
- This error appeared to be cause with some double hits that rewarded the Medic with twice as much healing back.
- Sniper Rifle
- + Increased base clip size to 5 (was 4)
- - Reduced primary ammo reserve to 15 (was 16)
- There was a slight amount of sentiment that Sniper's ability to sustain his position was too weak at times. This slight buff will be tested to hopefully remedy this issue, keeping his total ammo count the same while needing to reload less often.
- Sydney Sleeper
- ~ Fixed rescoping to align properly with faster firing speed
- Fixing an issue that affected primarily whose settings were set to manually rezoom rather than automatically.
- The Machina
- - Increased clip size penalty to -40% (was -25%)
- The Classic
- ~ Fixed bug where weapon could erroneously save charge by cancelling a shot then firing on 0 charge
- - Increased clip size bonus to +40% (was +50%)
- Clip size adjustments done done in relation to change in base amount, however final amount remains the same for the Machina at 3, while the Classic goes to 7 in the clip from 6.
- The Razorback
- ~ Fixed improperly handling headshots from certain weapons: The Classic, Revolvers (excluding ambassador)
- Making sure behavior is consistent such that only weapons meant to crit on headshot aren't blocked by the shield.
