- 1: Log out of Steam
- 2: Press the following keys [Windows + R]
- 3: Type the command ["% AppData%"] without the quotes
- 4: go to the "AppData" folder which is the folder before "Roaming"
- 5: Enter the "Local" folder
- 6: Enter the "DigitalEntitlements" folder
- 7: Delete all the files that are in the "DigitalEntitlements" folder
- 8: Restart the Rooter or reset it to generate a new ip address
- 9: Create another Steam account
- 10: Buy the Grand Theft Auto V on Steam
- 11: Close Session in Discord or Close it from the Task manager
- 12: Start FiveM
