  1. Check this.
  2.
  3. While playing NWN, I suddenly saw it as a potentially amazing place with enough content to experiment with. Even made a server concept based on an idea I read in the book.
  4.
  5. Let's say - forget about Forgotten Reams, start anew. Completely different lore.
  6.
  7. Let's call the concept, 'Games of Chaos'.
  8.
  9. Players start in Non-PvP available city, summoned by the God of Chaos.
  10. They remember almost nothing of their past lives, memory wiped and twisted, their former strengths or weaknesses are decreased or increased to a certain point called Blank Power Level - every character Level 1 is called "Blank".
  11. Any race, species or otherwise with an IQ level of more then hundred is available, can appear in Capital. They are taken from all possible planes or even other universes. As much races and species to choose from as engine allows.
  12.
  13. Standart rules about creation - no existing character from games, films, servers, etc.
  14. For example, Female ninjas or centaurs are possible if they are available through biography/species choices.
  15.
  16. Race or Specie has its own unique Traits (pros and cons) coming along. Each will be unique. For the sake of Balance, the bigger is the value of the Traits, the harder it is to obtain the race.
  17.
  18. Tricky respawn rules. Dying will have a huge impact on characters, permadeath is totally possible even for newcomers.
  19.
  20. Pantheon is represented by several Gods - minor and major deities, with God of Chaos being the strongest of them all combined. They also compete with each other albeit on another level. The choice of supporting or not either of them will have lasting consequences.
  21. There will be a possibility to slay a God during the game, so it becomes a Deceased God and everyone who worshipped him will receive consequences, as well as benefits.
  22. There are three levels of commitment into Religion towards the deity. First two provide minor bonuses and responsibilities, last becomes a life choice that locks character into being unable to withdraw or choose another deity regardless of its status.
  23. It is possible to commit into a religion of the deity which is already dead.
  24.
  25. The world consists of "Planes", sometimes size of city, continent, planet. With lots of ways to travel between them, including special visiting rules and such. Each Plane is a separate module with its content, creatures, dungeons, artifacts.
  26. Players are supposed to travel between the Planes in a certain race to fulfill the end-goal. The fastest and easiest way to get the Ambient (experience) is to kill other creatures in any way possible or make social interactions.
  27.
  28. The only goal players have is to reach level 50, then get to the Ascension Gate, beat the last boss in a duel, become a winner and able to call for three outlined wishes from the God of Chaos himself.
  29. Those wishes will have lasting consequences on the Planes and then next session will come, wiping out all participants - depending on their ending score by the end of each session, the characters that were 'erased' will get bonuses at the start of next session.
  30. A player who achieves the goal becomes free to return back home.
  31.
  32. Only. One. Winner.
  33. You can wish entire Plane to just die so it won't be present in next session, or release all participants instead of yourself, or just a couple of them, or no one but yours, and so on, and so forth.
