STEP Optimized Vanilla Textures

<purpose>
- Apparently, there is a mod/tool that "re-compresses your DDS-files" and "optimizes DDS-textures" (whatever that means); Anyway, looks like S.T.E.P team have gone through that and they made a mod for the "optimizes" textures". so this is this!

- Only Install "STEP Optimized Vanilla Textures - Performance Version" in the optional files.
- Do not download the main files, those are (from what i understand) just a compilation of the list of mods in the STEP:Guide, I don't want that as i want to handpick my mods separately, especially that i haven't yet reached the 255 limit, so there's no need for a compilation.
