1. TL;DR
2. Allow fair players to appeal their punishments reverently without blocking them with the "fail case" reason.
3. Or don't mute people for saying fail in the first place.

6. Hi. Pretty much sure you've seen someone or experienced yourself someone getting punished for a baseless unfair reason, because they failed, and when they try to appeal that punishment they're faced with the stinging reason that they cannot appeal fail cases.
7.
8. Seriously, what's going on here? This completely sticks out as an obstacle in front of many straight players. While people can cloak some messages behind the "fail" reason afterward, still some cases are blatantly obvious as a pure fail from a player. Want to ensure that there's fairness around and tjat rules APPLY ON EVERYONE? Then also make sure staff members do not jump into conclusions without even trying to spend a single second to investigate the matter they're dealing with. Seeing everyone as a rule breaker, with the same eye, is completely irresponsible, some people are approvingly, with evidence, NOT rule breakers and do NOT deserve same treatment and being compared to rule breakers.
9.
10. If the community is to be built upon integrity and transparency, then this also applies on rules that govern players and that administrators follow. Seeing my friend @Amman being recently and RUSHINGLY globally muted in support chat for an absolute fail sickened me to highest degrees. I felt sick because I saw multiple cases like him without being punished.

41.
42. @Vengeance once forgave me for failing in country chat it was a long ass spammy line by mistake. I asked him to get muted so that I become treated as other players that get muted, he refused and took it as a warning.
43.
44.
45. As you can see, failing is a very natural thing that can happen. And if it's not innocent, people have a brain to decide. If punishments depend on the staff member ISSUING IT, then with ALL respect to the whole staff team and community. THIS IS NOT FAIR. What's fair? Leave a chance for fair players to prove they're fair by allowing them to appeal their punishments reverently without blocking them with the "fail case" reason and destroying the fun of the game when trying to make it balanced.
46.
47. If you ever wonder why I am writing all this, "bro it's just a game" and this sort of talk, answer me then why do rules exist in the first place? Aren't these rules existing to introduce and apply balance and fairness to the game, and to ensure everyone plays fairly on the server? Then there's nothing wrong with discussing this fairness with the administration.
48.
49. If you think "He's crying because his friend got punished" then please be more constructive. You might fall into the same hole and have nobody around to help you.
50.
51. If you say (as a staff) "I don't have time to search and stalk who's good and who's not rule breaker, I just do my job and you don't tell me what to do." then please support players appealing their 'fail cases' punishments peacefully. There's no need to head-butt the community, this is a shared gain.
