REGULATION (KJ) 2024/1249 OF THE PARLIAMENT OF KAZJISTAN
of 10 June 2024
on the matter of alternative/multi-account use by a singular entity

Having regard to the Kazjistan Constitution on its function, and in particular Article 8 and 9 thereof, Acting in accordance with the ordinary legislative procedure.

Whereas,
(1) The prevention of alternative and/or multi-account use by one entity for: election fraud; creating opposing; alternative, or siding political parties; or punishment evasion

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in Kazjistan in accordance with the Constitution
