  3. Decal was seen as superfluous by players.

  6. ~ Fixed bug where afterburn persitting after death

  8. ~ Fixed missing flinching on hit
  9. Improving some inconsistent behavior.

  12. + Increased reload on kill to +2 from reserve
  13. ~ Your clip can roll over your clip limit to 8 max
  14. Improving the reward to better help the weapon allow Scout to continue a streak in exchange for his limited range and base clip.

  17. + Added 3 second speed boost after MMMPH taunt
  18. ~ Removed uber effects persisting if MMMPH taunt is cancelled early
  19. Without the bonus damage it was seen as needing some additional bonus. A speed boost to help close the gap was added to help close the gap without airblast jumps and get the most of your minicrits.

  22. + Changed: Speed boost provided for killing any enemy on a capture point (regardless of actual in-game defense event)
  23. - Changed: Max Health penalty replaced with 10% damage vulnerability on wearer
  24. This change should make gaining the boost against enemies on the objective more frequent, with the damage vulnerability making the health loss more consistent between Soldier and Demo.

  27. - Medic is not granted healing from his own Uber bubbles
  28. On top of his existing regen and the resistance bubbles, the added healing from the uber was too intense. This should make Medic easier to pick off when isolated with the vaccinator.

  31. + Removed slower charge speed
  32. - Removed charged damage bonus
  33. Current build was seen as just not enjoyable, it it's been reverted while a different upside is being considered.

  35. Brass Beast
  36. - Changed damage resistance while revved to only work if damage taken would leave you under 90% HP
  37. - Added: -1 to capture rate
  38. The resistance change will make the heavy less tanky when stacked with overheal, only factoring in past that buff. The capture rate buff is also meant to cement the weapon as a more defensive weapon, being incapable of pushing a cart oneself and not contributing on a control point.

  41. + Added +15% damage to players
  42. - Removed mini-crits against players launched airborne
  43. Current edition was seen as needed an additional boost. This slight damage buff will make picking off healthier targets buffed with overheal or with certain resistances slightly faster, while the airborne countering buff was not very useful aside from punishing jumpers.
