monster your opponent controls. During your opponent's Main Phase: You
can destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.

to your hand. Your opponent can only target "TechnoWar Scrap Dragon"
for attacks. Once per turn: You can remove 1 TechnoW Counter from
anywhere on the field and target 1 card your opponent controls; negate
its effects until the End Phase.

the activation.
