  5. This card can make a second attack during each Battle Phase. You can only use each of the following effects of "Trojan Commander" once per turn. During the Damage Step, when a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated (Quick Effect): You can negate the activation. If this card is in your GY, except the turn it was sent there (Quick Effect): You can destroy 2 Warrior "Trojan" monsters from your hand and/or field, and if you do, Special Summon this card.
