DiscoDude: ---BEGIN SESSION---
DiscoDude: Session logging commenced
Casper: So! <@!Madelena>. This is your optional introductory solo Expedition, meaning we've already got just one option lined up for you:
Casper: > Expedition: Locate the “Heavenward Vessel!”

Aspects
Planet Concept: Intenwa’s Facilities Are Reclaimed By Nature
Objective: Infiltrate the “Launch Port”
Obstacle: Sentry Droids Are Watching
Description
On the planet of Intenwa, a young tiger has heard tales of a "Heavenward Vessel" that will take her to the realm of the "Creators." According to the myths, that's where the forges of the gods are, meaning that's where she'll find the best weapons, she reasons. She's managed to track the location of this vessel through word of mouth to a broad region of overgrown ruins from a bygone era - what was once a futuristic city if you were to ask a more knowledgeable outside observer. Of course, like any ruin of this nature on Intenwa, there are those who do not appreciate her getting so intimate with sensitive government property…
Boons & Banes
1: A section of ruins is guarded by a small group of observer drones.
2: A security checkpoint still functions to bar entry to the ward where the vessel is.
F: ???
Casper: This all look good so far?
Madelena: Everything is gucci
Casper: Right, so now that you understand this, it's time for Boons & Banes! The "Final" encounter is always a GM secret. Above that, there are two Banes already there in italics. It'll be time for the Finale once you clear half the Boons and Banes presented. So, if you do nothing, you will have to face 1 guaranteed Bane, and then the Finale.
Casper: However! There is something you can do here. Each player in an Expedition can choose to add 1 Boon and 1 Bane to the pool of possible scenes before we begin. In this case, that will cause you to have to face 2 scenes before the Finale, but both have around a 25% chance to be a Boon rather than a Bane.
Casper: To explain; a Boon is an optional challenge that gives benefits if the attempter is successful, such as A group of tribal cultists have kidnapped a village girl, and her family offers a reward for her return. or A pack of supplies is spotted in a hard to reach place.
Casper: Meanwhile, a Bane can be a non-optional challenge, like A wild animal attacks the party's camp. It can also be an optional challenge or conflict that explorers can pass on... if they don't mind allowing the negative consequence to play out, such as Tribal cultists are performing an obscene ritual to boost morale for their forces.
Casper: So, did you understand all of that, <@!Madelena>?
Madelena: Aha... I see how this goes now, yep, definitely got it memorized.
Madelena: Just one question, a Player has to provide the entire description for a Boon or Bane too, right?
Casper: Just the cliff-notes on the Boon & Bane list. If you meant those, then yeah.
Casper: First of all; do you want to add to the list presented in the briefing, or leave it as is?
Madelena: Hmm, adding a Boon would certainly benefit me...
Madelena: how about "A box with the strange inscription "CACHE" written in it" for a boon?
Casper: If you're cool with leaving the challenge that guards it up to my improv, then that's good.
Madelena: Ah, that's fine by me!
Casper: Now you need to come up with a Bane to counterbalance it. I'm sure there's plenty of stock elements that can work on any Expedition, but it's recommended that you draw from the Expedition aspects for inspiration.
Madelena: hmmm, perhaps "A particularly nasty brand of poisonous plants paves the way..." ?
Casper: Ooh, nice. (I actually considered carnivorous plants for the second starting Bane.)
Casper: > Boons & Banes
1: A section of ruins is guarded by a small group of observer drones.
2: A security checkpoint still functions to bar entry to the ward where the vessel is.
3: A box with the strange inscription "CACHE."
4: A particularly nasty brand of poisonous plants paves the way.
F: ???
Casper: Since you're the only player this session, we're already done with this step. :3
Madelena: Nice!
Casper: Since there are four Boons & Banes in total, you'll now have to clear 2 scenes before the Finale instead of 1. On the flipside, you've included a total 50% chance of getting something nice instead of bad among the options! :3
Casper: (Moreso, when you factor in your stunt...)
Madelena: :)
Casper: So, shall we start with the opening scene? Get this Expedition officially started?
Madelena: Aw hell yeah!
Casper: Then let us...
Casper: --- BEGIN EXPEDITION ---
Casper: The sky is slightly overcast, and though nary a soul is about, there is energy in the air as you stand on the edge of a vast ruined city, Madelena. You heard that somewhere in this area, there is what is called the "Heaven Vessel" according to certain translations of precursor texts, and you've taken the critical mass of buildings to mean you're getting warmer.
Madelena: Madelena's tail springs up as she notices the buildings in the distance. "Aw Yeah, AW YEAH!" It takes her less than a second to start running towards them. "I knew those rumors were onto something, Im'a go to the land of the creators and I'll get ALL the weapons!" And so she darts towards her objective.
Casper: (Shall we proceed straight to rolling your first scene, then?)
Madelena: (yess!)
Casper: (Alrighty then!)
Casper: !roll 1d4
DiscoDude: <@Casper> rolled 1d4 for 1 [1d4 = 1]
Casper: (Looks like it's drone time... Assuming you don't want to use your scene reroll here. :3)
Madelena: (Hmmm, I'll save it for the next event, time to deal with the Drones!)
Casper: So you dart between city blocks, Madelena. Boy, do they know how to build them big! Even after they've mostly fallen apart and have vines and trees growing through them, they still stand taller than most non-ruin buildings you've ever seen. You snap out of your wonder when you hear a *beep-beep!
Casper: From a pile of trash cans, a blue light blinks on, and after a second of *whirling,
what looks like a small, flying... bird... bug... box? A small, flying bird-bug-box shoots upward out of the trash pile, locked onto your position. Over in the distance, you hear more beeping as a similarly hovering drone comes ambling over. Both of them are spouting some kind of foreign automated message - the tone reads terse.
Madelena: Madelena stops for a moment....She tilts her head trying to make sense of the foreign words, were this guardians of the temple? Was there a temple here? Either way, she had places to go, and didn't want a bunch of guardian-bugboxbirds to follow her the whole way with their sounds, so she would try to make them lose her trail...
Casper: (Ah, you wish to initiate a contest rather than a conflict?)
Madelena: (If the bugs don't know where she is, They can't find her later...right?)
Casper: (Fair enough! Flavor how she starts the Contest; these guys don't seem all that proactive.)
Madelena: Madelena Takes a turn to the left, and then a turn to the right, goes straight, and keeps taking seemingly random turns, every so often checking back to see if she has outrunned the drones already...
(This would be for rolling Quick...no problem?)
Casper: The drones do start emitting angrier messages the moment you take off, and start flying off in the direction you went!
(It'll be first to three victories. Both drones are rolling separately.)
Casper: (And yeah, roll QUICK.)
Casper: - BEGIN CONTEST: Madelena vs. Security Drones (A|B): [ ][ ][ ] -
Madelena: !f 2 (RUN MADELENA RUN)
DiscoDude: <@Madelena> rolled 4dF+2 for 1 [4dF = [+][ ][-][-]]
Casper: !f 2 (ZIPPING)
DiscoDude: <@Casper> rolled 4dF+2 for 1 [4dF = [-][+][-][ ]]
Casper: !f 2 (ZIPPING)
DiscoDude: <@Casper> rolled 4dF+2 for 1 [4dF = [ ][+][-][-]]
Casper: (If you can boost once, that's a victory against both of them. Twice, and you immediately win the whole contest!)
Madelena: (Hmmm, I think i can only use my HC as something remotely related to the task at hand, and I can't boost twice with the same aspect, can I?)
Casper: (You can't, no. Actually, let's make it overall to 3 victories, and not make the victory tracks you have against the drones separate. Boosting once will give you 2/3 victories you need.)
Madelena: (then I'll boost once, my rolls won't be this bad next time xD)
Casper: Victories:
> Madelena: [!][!][ ]
> Security Drones: [ ][ ][ ]
Casper: You manage to put quite some distance between you and them, Madelena! However, judging by the angry beeping you can still hear in the distance, you haven't truly lost them yet. Now that you're technically out of their sights, what do you do?
Casper: (Forgot to mention some situational aspects: Trash Piles & Orderly Block Grid.)
Madelena: Madelena takes a look at one of the Piles of trash that was quite big, big enough for her to take a plunge and hide Inbetween them... Not her most favorite hiding spot, but she would be undetected here! (Rolling Sneaky here.)
Madelena: !f 2 (ALERT 99.99)
DiscoDude: <@Madelena> rolled 4dF+2 for 2 [4dF = [ ][+][ ][-]]
Casper: !f 2 (SCANNING)
DiscoDude: <@Casper> rolled 4dF+2 for -1 [4dF = [-][-][-][ ]]
Casper: !f 2 (SCANNING)
DiscoDude: <@Casper> rolled 4dF+2 for 2 [4dF = [ ][-][ ][+]]
Casper: (That's total victory, I'd say!)
Casper: (Even if I invoked Flying Security Cameras on the droids, it wouldn't be enough.)
Madelena: (Woohoo!)
Casper: No sooner than you get well and truly buried in the centuries-old garbage, than one of the two drones wizzes by. The other seems to follow behind it... It stops, and starts turning a little in place. It's a good thing you were so still, else its sensors would have picked you up! But you weren't aware of it at the time.
Madelena: Madelena kept her breath still for a few seconds, which then turned into a few minutes until she couldn't hear the drones anymore. It was then when she jumped out -with a paper of the news on her face- and tried to catch her breath, then take the paper off. "Ack....Well, they are gone, I win! Haha!!" She pats herself for her totally good job as a spy and decides to be on her way...
Casper: (Alright then; time to roll the next scene?)
Madelena: (Let us continue this journey...!)
Casper: !roll 1d3
DiscoDude: <@Casper> rolled 1d3 for 1 [1d3 = 1]
Casper: (So it's a security checkpoint barring passage... Unless you use your stunt.)
Madelena: (...Yeah no.)
(Using Scouting Ahead for a chance to reroll that.)
Casper: !roll 1d3
DiscoDude: <@Casper> rolled 1d3 for 3 [1d3 = 3]
Casper: (Plants it is! XD)
Madelena: (God damnit xD)
Casper: So that street over there is blocked off by some kind of gate... so that's no good. You think you've found a clever way around through this backstreet. There's even lots of pretty flowers... wow, everywhere. How's your herbology, Madelena?
Madelena: Madelena tries to look at one carefully...from the safe distance of a few centimeters away from her face, perhaps she has made tea with it before? Or perhaps she made some other kind of drink with it...you know, that kind of drink.
Casper: (Okay, I'd like to count that as a Compel on Missing the Forest for the Trees in the most close-to-literal sense to have her immediately take some stress. For a Compel, does 2 shifts sound appropriate?)
Madelena: (That would be either one 2 Stress box...of both of them 1 Stress ones, Bruised and Startled sounds like the appropriate result of this xD)
Casper: (Yeah, either your [2] box or your Mild Consequence. Pick your poison - literally. XD)
Casper: (Meanwhile, the flavor...)
Madelena: (HAHAHAHA XD, I'll take two mild consequences here) (I'm DUMB)
Casper: (Two? Huh? We're not playing with conditions, man.)
Casper: When you essentially stick your nose right into it, the first thing you notice is the smell. Not an "oh, that's a funny fragrance" kind of smell but an "oh god my lungs are burning" smell, as the flower and the ones around it start wafting out puffs of pollen! (Flavor your damage!)
Madelena: Madelena...Took a whiff of it, she then quickly pulled herself back and jumped as she began coughing and hacking like mad, her nose getting all runny and wet as she sneezed, seemingly this flowers caused her a pretty bad [Pollen Allergy Case] "Achoo, Gau-chack...That...That is definitely not benign..."
Casper: More and more flowers seem to be reacting - wheezing and groaning as more and more pollen (of an alarming color, no less) starts venting into the air! If you're going to get through here, it's going to be a Challenge!
(Since you've already taken damage, I'll give you the option of Conceding and retreating now, but it won't count as clearing a Scene - while you do discard the Bane, you'll still need to complete another scene, and your minor stress doesn't clear.)
Casper: (Do you need to hear the rules regarding Challenges before deciding, <@!Madelena>?)
Madelena: (It would be helpful in OOC, yeah.)
Madelena: Madelene looks at the air being slowly filled with spores...She won't fall back now, she WILL get through this bunch of rowdy flowers now!
Casper: - BEGIN CHALLENGE: Madelena: 2 TASKS -
Avoid stepping on more flowers.
Power through before you breath in enough to start hurting!
Casper: (Note that these are just suggestions for what Approaches to use.)
Casper: (Yes, in that order. Whichever Approaches you feel are appropriate.)
Casper: (Assume Fair (+2) passive difficulty until stated otherwise, as always.)
Madelena: Madelene, looks at the walls, Climbing and moving through an elevated position would be a sure-fire way to not step on the little things. She will have to be hasty about it too, her lungs will be two bombs by the next few minutes...and she doesn't want to explode!
Casper: (Quickly clamoring up the wall? I'd thought you'd use your Good (+3) CAREFUL for avoiding flowers, but to each their own.)
Madelena: (Hmm....now that i think of it, if i use Careful, I'll have to roll to hold my breath with Forceful, wouldn't I?)
Casper: (I will tell you now that this first task is Create Advantage.)
Madelena: (...Ah, in which case forget the Quickly part, I'll use Careful.)
Casper: (So while you're free to think you'll lock your next approach, this might be worth it.)
Casper: (Roll it!)
Madelena: !f 3 (Careful)
DiscoDude: <@Madelena> rolled 4dF+3 for 3 [4dF = [+][ ][ ][-]]
Casper: While there also seem to be flowers on the wall, they aren't nearly as prevalent as on the ground! Even still, the pollen seems to be rising up to envelope you! Still, your Elevated Position [!] means that it isn't as bad as it could be. (That sound good as an aspect?)
Madelena: (Perfect 👌 )
Casper: (Now it's time for the second of the two tasks!)
Madelena: Madelena looked at the door from the higher ground she had acquired, Could she perhaps jump from there to the door...OR perhaps keep moving and take a deep breath before the pollen catches up to her?!
Casper: (Which will it be? I think either take on the task can be QUICK, though the second approach could be interpreted as FORCEFUL.)
Madelena: Madelene sighs, before she lets go of half of her body's grasp on the wall, using her other limbs to push herself and gain momentum for her launch towards the door, covering her head with her hands for the impending collision with the ground!
Madelena: !f 2 (Rolling Quickly)
DiscoDude: <@Madelena> rolled 4dF+2 for 1 [4dF = [ ][+][-][-]]
Madelena: (...god i have the boost aspect made with overcome.)
Casper: (Gonna need a boost for a success without cost!)
Madelena: ( Elevated Position to the rescue?)
Casper: (Yeah, that'll work. However, I'll be using the free invoke on your Pollen Allergy Attack consequence. XD)
Madelena: (Nooooo xD)
Casper: (You gonna invoke a Fate point on that elevation?)
Madelena: (I better do, and I will! )
Casper: (You're back down to 3 since that consequence was from a compel, remember? XD)
Casper: (Meanwhile... I'll be keeping my singular GM Fate point. XD)
Madelena: (Hah, Didn't I Use one fate point already to boost my escape from the drones?)
Casper: (Oh yeah! 2, then. >:D)
Madelena: (One, remember the Compel xD)
Casper: (Compel adds one, not taketh away. XD)
Madelena: ( Imean i have 2/3 refresh now XDD)
Casper: (Ah, so did I. Guess that was the confusion. XD)
Casper: (As in, "thanks for reminding me you now have 2, not 3. >:D")
Casper: (Flavor it!)
Madelena: Madelene Coughs and almost falls to the ground, but her one trusty arm keeps her from falling, which lets her get back up and try her jump again, rolling down as she goes through the door, quickly getting up and closing it behind her. "N-never doing that again..."
Casper: And aside from a mild Pollen Allergy Attack - one you're able to shrug off quickly, no less - you suffer no undue stress from the incident. One can't help but get the impression that your trek through that alley could have gotten a lot more ugly real fast, had you lingered!
Casper: (That's me telling you to clear all stress up to your Mild Consequence at the end of a scene. 😉 )
Madelena: But Madelena, being such a great assassin, persevered! All those years of training her agility sure payed up in that very moment...she is still not repeating that stunt.
Casper: -- ALERT! DESTINATION LOCATED! --
(This is it; time for the finale! ... Assuming you're not too tired to continue tonight.)
Madelena: (OH I can keep going, don't worry.)
Casper: (M'kay then!)
Casper: After a total of hours of urban navigation, you come out through a gap in the chain-link fence between two warehouses(?) onto a vast expanse of open pavement. In the distance is a large building - a center for something... or something - but in front of that...
Casper: ... What is that?
Casper: Is...
Casper: Is that...
Casper: Is that a boat?
Casper: But like... sideways?
Casper: A boat-like vessel, stood up on its end, pointed at the sky!
Casper: It's in pristine condition, too!
Madelena: Madelena even had to tilt her head to figure out it was a boat! She assumes it makes sense that you would use a boat to travel upwards...but she sees no paddles.
Casper: Nor do you see any obvious way up. The closest thing you can make out from here is a bridge leading from most of the way up its chrome, sleek chassis, over to the upper floors of the big building.
Casper: (For the record, this looks way more advanced than the rockets of Earth today.)
Casper: (<@!Madelena>?)
Madelena: "Hmmm..." Madelena hums something as she makes her way to the building... since the bridge connects to the building, the easiest way would be climbing the building from the inside... since she doesn;t see that many climb-able surfaces from the outside of it.
Casper: As you walk along [Ground Zero], you notice several security drones flying through the air, seeming not to notice you. As your gaze is drawn upward, now that you're closer, you notice that aaaallll the way up at the bridge - [Shuttle Boarding] - is... a person? Though, they seem kinda rusty? Like, literally?
<From another perspective, and in another language.>
<"Continue to scan for the foreign presence. Extend the network to other districts - it's likely that whatever it is, it's on the move at a decent pace."> TSD66-2525CE did not get woken up for nothing; that, they knew for sure. Their drones failed to ward it off in the outer ward, which means it's either a particularly courageous wild animal... or it was new Life, here to discover secrets beyond its recognition. Either way; trouble. They continue to prod their projected camera feeds and broadcast complex orders to their lesser drones.
Madelena: Madeleine stocked to the window that let her see the person up in the bridge with the most surprised expression in her life, one that not even her best friend Siucha would have seen, she then got off and began running towards the stairs. "Like hell I'll have my pass snatched away from me!!"
Casper: (You're still at [Ground Zero], for the record, while he's up at the [Boarding Bridge]; you're separated by the [Space Center] Zone. Since you've caught him with his nonexistent pants down, even as you're loudly announcing your presence, I'll let you have the first turn. XD)
--- CONFLICT START: Madelena vs. TSD66 ---
> EXCHANGE #1
Casper: (BTW, if you want to get up to the [Boarding Bridge] this exchange, you'll need to use your action to Overcome the second zone of movement.)
Casper: TSD66 snaps their head in your direction as you loudly announce your presence and (I assume) rush into the [Space Center], fast enough to literally give whiplash if they were an organic.
<"Target: Located. Status: It has seen me! Black-Ops Protocol: Execute. No witnesses.">
Casper: (Alternatively, you could try to Attack or Create Advantage as you make your way up at a more leisurely pace.)
Madelena: Madelene couldn't possibly hear that, but she rushes upwards quite rapidly, cameras would have some trouble catching up to her.
Madelena: (sadly, that wasn't gonna happen)
Madelena: (Should I roll quick to overcome?)
Casper: (Go right ahead! It's the usual difficulty.)
Madelena: !f 2 (NYOOM)
DiscoDude: <@Madelena> rolled 4dF+2 for 3 [4dF = [ ][+][+][-]]
Casper: (Describe her achievement in Z O O M.)
Madelena: Well, The cameras can't catch up to her, she only appears for a second or two before the swivel of the poor things goes the whole way, in less than 30 seconds she is up at the same Z level of TSD66-2525CE as a few papers float past her... Wait, was she that quick?!

"YYYOOOOOOUUUUU!!!“
Casper: And you've confronted... what appears to be a literal metal man. Woman? It's covered in rusted plate from head to toe, and... and it has... a vine of one of those angry orange spotted death flowers... growing out of its torso.
<"Requesting all drones return... Estimating time... 10 minutes. Never mind, then, I'll do it myself,"> they say, in a language you don't recognize.
And then the rifle comes out. They point the long danger-stick at you and shoot? They shoot! This is what "shooting" looks like! Energy blasts come out!
Casper: !f 2 (QUICK)
DiscoDude: <@Casper> rolled 4dF+2 for 1 [4dF = [-][ ][+][-]]
Madelena: Madelena Jumps out of the way, letting out a tiger sound as she has clearly never seen the wonder of fire-arms in action...oh god she is loud when startled. "GGGGGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOO!?!?!?????"
Madelena: !f 3 (QUICK)
DiscoDude: <@Madelena> rolled 4dF+3 for 6 [4dF = [+][+][+][ ]]
Madelena: (wait, that's a two)
Madelena: (Which makes it a five)
Casper: (Still a SWS!)
Casper: It's clear that their *Firing Protocols Are a Bit Rusty*, too; most of the shots don't even reach you before hitting the sides of the bridge hallway!
Casper: (That good as a boost, or do you have your own idea?)
Madelena: (no issues with that...and now is my turn, right?)
Casper: (Yup!)
> EXCHANGE #2
Madelena: The Tiger got a look at the shots, and prepared her own weapons...A type of Knife that she always keeps with her, she looks up and jumps out, flinging her knives towards the enemy as she runs forward!
Madelena: (Using Quick...and my stunt for throwing knives, muahaha!)
Casper: <"Executing shield protocols!">
(That could easily be FLASHY, but fine, roll it! XD)
Madelena: !f 4 (Quick +Plenty More Where Those Came From!)
DiscoDude: <@Madelena> rolled 4dF+4 for 3 [4dF = [ ][-][+][-]]
Casper: !f 2 (QUICK)
DiscoDude: <@Casper> rolled 4dF+2 for 2 [4dF = [+][-][+][-]]
Casper: (Boost, or leave it at 1 shift?)
Madelena: (Sure, I'll boost.)
Casper: (High concept?)
Madelena: (As always~)
Casper: And as the energy shield quickly flickers to life, the knives seem to fly right through it!
<"WARNING! Shield protocols not at full power. Furthermore, they are overall not as effective against kinetic projectiles. Send bug report: No. Altering tactics.">
Casper: TSD66: [O] | [1][2][x]
Mild (2): …
Casper: The robot turns and sprints to the door of the [Space Shuttle] to get it open! (Move action.)
Casper: Once it's open, they duck inside and turn around, figuring that the feline creature will be pursuing them. This is all to line up a proper shot at a favorable distance! (Time to use their Error Margin of .001 Meters stunt - the only stunt they have unlocked for this encounter.)
Casper: !f 5 (CAREFUL + Error Margin of .oo1 Meters)
DiscoDude: <@Casper> rolled 4dF+5 for 4 [4dF = [-][ ][ ][ ]]
Madelena: Madelena tries to dodge out of the way again...
Madelena: !f 2 (QUIIIICK)
DiscoDude: <@Madelena> rolled 4dF+2 for 0 [4dF = [ ][-][-][ ]]
Madelena: ...Except she is not fast enough to dodge bullets from this distance!
Casper: (Want to spend that *Firing Protocols Are a Bit Rusty* boost to mitigate some damage?)
Madelena: (You know what, sure. )
Casper: ([2] box, or Mild Consequence?)
Madelena: (Stress this time)
Casper: It just manages to graze your cheek as you jerk your head out of the way, leaving it feeling quite singed!
(Mark that stress, then!)
Madelena: "Guh..." She lets out a tiny sound she feels her cheek warmer, but that won't stop her...She keeps on running!
Madelena: (Aaand marked)
Casper: > EXCHANGE #3
Casper: (It's your turn!)
Madelena: Madelene keeps on running towards the TSD, She pounces towards the door! (Moving into the space ship.)

"I DIDN'T SPEND SO MANY HOURS LISTENING TO MY ELDERS JUST TO COME AND HAVE YOU STEAL MY TICKET TO THE HAEVNSFORGE!!" She yells, although she can't be understood by the robot...probably...
Casper: (And your action?)
Madelena: She also tried to pounce the TSD to pin it down, jumping from her last leap into the "boat". (That would be...Forceful, right?)
Casper: (Create Advantage?)
Madelena: (Yyep!)
Casper: (Roll it!)
Madelena: !f 1
DiscoDude: <@Madelena> rolled 4dF+1 for 0 [4dF = [ ][-][ ][ ]]
Casper: !f 1 (FORCEFUL)
DiscoDude: <@Casper> rolled 4dF+1 for 2 [4dF = [+][-][ ][+]]
Casper: <"Deploying alternate directive measures. Begin translation subroutines.">
The metal man parries your tackle into a throw, attempting to ram you into the wall with your own force!
Casper: !f 2 (CLEVER)
DiscoDude: <@Casper> rolled 4dF+2 for 1 [4dF = [ ][-][+][-]]
Madelena: (OH BOY, should I roll Forceful to counter that?)
Casper: (Well, describe your defense first, then decide what Approach applies!)
Madelena: The tiger won't be deterred by such a throw, she lands on her hands and flips a few times, trying to reduce her momentum!
Madelena: !f 2 (Quick)
DiscoDude: <@Madelena> rolled 4dF+2 for 0 [4dF = [-][-][ ][ ]]
Casper: (Boost, or take it?)
Madelena: (I'll take it)
Casper: And she rolls... right into a wall! Nothing beyond a few bruises that'd be sustained during a bout of roughhousing, but it smarts nonetheless. (That's your [1] box marked.)
Casper: !end
