  8. There are emails being sent out that claim they are from JUST-EAT asking you to do a survey to get credit, please do not take this survey as it is not from JUST-EAT

  12. I am pretty annoyed that you seem to have retained my details even after I closed the account over 6 months ago. I will be reporting you to the ICO for this failure in your data protection.

  14. I am sorry you feel this way, if you do not want to receive emails please click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of them and we will remove you from the mailing list

  16. You can no unsubscribe, there is no unsubscrbe button, it says to log into your account to change the settings.
  17. There is no account to change the settings in.
  18. You have contacted me as a "customer", even though the account was deleted over 6 months ago, you have no permission to contact myself this way, esp calling me a customer.
  19. You have proved you haven't removed my details from your system. This I, and ICO will consider a data protection issue, and I will be reporting Just Eat for breaking the Data Protection Act.

  21. I am sorry you feel this way, however it may be that you are still on the mailing list which is why we have contacted you as a customer.

  26. Both emails say "This is a service message. If you wish to unsubscribe from marketing communications please opt out via your JUST EAT account."
  27. As there is no account, I can not do this, which means you have decided to keep my emails on your systems even after the account has been deleted. This is a DPA issue, and I am reporting yourselves to the ICO at the moment.

  29. chloe@raccoons.co.uk does have an account with JUST-EAT, however chloe.cresswell@raccoons.co.uk does not, I will get this sent up to our marketing department to get this looked into

  31. I do not have a just eat account with chloe@raccoons.co.uk. I closed my account months ago because your service has turned to rubbish.
