  1. subscreen delay fix for gz 0.3.1 with Project64;
  2. in the Config folder of the Project64 installation there's a file called Project64.rdb. open that with a text editor (i.e. notepad).
  3. copy and paste the following lines to the end of that file and then save. restart project64.
