Being staff member means a lot to everyone, I'm not going to specific that to me only, you                 have to understand at first place what does being admin mean, what things you have to be               serious at and take the right action at that moment.

Controlling yourself is one of the greatest things you can have, you will have the choice to reply negatively or positively to the actions you will be put at, some people will always like the negative respond and keep on arguing over nothing and changes Into a argument under nothing. I've got the power to control my self In such situations which requires me to.

Patience is a great thing and to be patient and reply wisely without any negative or wrong attitude will be one of the best qualities to an admin, humans make mistakes and everyone know exactly how to correct his mistake, there's always a quote I'd like to mention:

Mistake is maybe a step of success, but the real success is to correct your mistake, by being better and more responsible person on what actions you take.

One of best qualities of an admin that he have to equally treat everyone and judge fairly, friend is friend playing with, chilling with, etc. but with the judging situations honesty takes the first place.

Known that you are mistaken and correcting yourself is not a fail, It's the biggest success you can achieve as you will learn from what you did wrong, what you should do and what you shouldn't, what is the right actions to be taken.

I'm experienced player and helpful, I always like to help people and make them professionals and experienced, being a kind to everyone is a positive thing on your personality and will always lead people to be kind to you too and respect you. Joining the staff team will require me to have the good qualities of a staff members that I'm hardly working for, It also requires to have a free time requires to be a understandable person that can understand what is the wrong and what is the right, what can I do in that and what I can't.

I'm trying to improve from myself day by day trying to not repeat the mistakes again try to be a better person and a responsible person, that knows how to handle situations with the common sense and with a positively reaction and hopefully that I'll be improving to a better person.

Last but not least I want to mention that I can lead my newbie Egyptian friends to not rule-break and will be always a translator (If needed) for my fellow staff team for such situations and will be a hard worker with my job that I'm hoping that I can get accepted for.
