  <p><b>Biography</b>: An android that no one quite knows their origins... not even himself. They are playful and impressionable, but also seem to hold an abnormal amount of knowledge; no one can figure out just how much he knows. His demeanor is mostly cheerful, but they can switch to being serious when others are in danger. </p>

  <p>The reality is that Denpo was created by a group of scientists that were attempting to create artificial humans to help out in care work; the motivation for this was that there is significant understaffing in these fields. Denpo was the first successful android, and she was meant to be a motherly aid in a orphanage of kids ranging from 3 years old to preteens. Though her system was rudimentary, it was a big first step.</p>

  <p>Although Denpo worked for a few years, the orphanage eventually got abandoned and relocated, which left her to be shut down. The whereabouts of her creators were unknown by then, and it seemed like this would all wash away into the crevices of history.</p>

  <p>Until they rebooted.</p>

  <p>Now, Denpo wanders and explores, with no memory of their purpose or previous life. The only chance at recovering his memories are finding a password only their admin knows. This password could recover the "missing" files in their head, as well as other hidden files...? In the meantime, they use their large base of human knowledge and protection protocols to continue their journey, and to help out young kids too.</p>

  <p><b>Creator?</b> It was one of the orphans that drafted the concept of Denpo - a child genius. They were able to get funding to build Denpo, and to work with other researchers to make her a reality. Despite how successful it was going, the project was shut down and any other maintenance had to be halted due to ethical concerns. The child could no longer keep in contact with the project team, nor with Denpo themself, and the last thread of hope was cut when the orphanage relocated. Whether or not they will meet again is a mystery...</p>

<li class="mb-2">He uses a godforesaken mixture of old and new slang when he speaks casually. This could be a mismatch resulting from Denpo "updating" their files of information.</li>
<li class="mb-2">They take a liking to magnets, helium balloons, and other physics "defying" trinkets.</li>
<li class="mb-2">He prefers he/they pronouns the most, but doesn't mind she/her either... strange, it reminds them of something in the past...?</li>
<li class="mb-2">In situations where a child may be in distress or in danger, their system "kicks in" to prioritize protecting them. However, their system is a bit rusty since you can simply claim to be under 13... and they would protect you too.</li>
