I was once member in a company
where Jews, gays, transgender people were not allowed join / hire and where no woman ever rose to middle or higher management.

Guess what kind of company, that was and what it sells!

It was not the conservative party.
It was not a big global big US or chin3ese player.
And it was not the islamic republic of Iran or the swiss SVP or CV Loge.
