  4. This card's name becomes "Cyber Ogre" while on the field or in the GY. During the Battle Step, if your "Cyber Ogre" battles an opponent's monster (Quick Effect): You can discard this card to the GY; negate that attack, and if you do, your opponent's battling monster loses 2000 ATK until the end of the Damage Step of the next battle involving it. You can only use this effect of "Cyber Ogre Seele" once per turn.

Each turn, 1 Level 5 or higher Machine monster you Normal Summon can be Summoned without Tributing. During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 "Cyber Ogre" monster, in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)
