  1. Hello, Assalamuwalaikum everyone. At the very beginning of our presentation, we would like to thank our honorable course instructor to give us the chance to share our idea in front of you.

  3. This is Sabbir Ahmed from team Developer. There are 4 members in our group including me (your name), Bina Parven, Sabila Rahman, Sadia Afreen & Mohammad Sabbir Ahmed. let me describe our project to you.

  7. We developed a social network and we named it "Virtual Crowd".

  9. well, what is Virtual Crowd? It's a simple social networking platform like Facebook, tweeter which contains Home Page, Login page, Registration Page, Timeline page, Profile option.

  13. People generally gather in a place to gossip with friends and relatives which creates a CROWD and as the CROWD will be virtually through our Social Network, that's why we named it "Virtual Crowd"

  27. this is the home page that will be seen by a user whenever he or she browse our website To create an account a user simply needs to click on the Signup button. by clicking on the Signup button which will redirect the user to the signup page.

  31. The next one is the Signup page. A user can create his/her account by fulfilling the necessary information in the textboxes through this page.

  55. Now let's talk about the Technologies that we used to implement our project

  57. well, to implement the idea we selected some super popular technologies. In the frontend, we used HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. On the contrary, we used Laravel and MySql for the back-end development.

  74. ok, the Tools we used throughout the process to deploy our project are Linux (Ubuntu) since Laravel is a Cross-platform framework, XAMPP as our Database, VS code as our Editor.

  76. We used these technologies because all of them are easy to use, super popular, cross-platform supported, and available for free of cost.

  81. Let's Talk about the features of our project...

A user can create an account on our website if and only if he has a BUBT email After Creating the account the user will receive a verification mail to verify the email address that he used to create his account. after verifying the email, the user can access his account through a secure login process, and if somehow he lost his access he can recover his account with proper validation.
  84. The password of all users will be kept secured by encrypting and the password will be stored in the database as encrypted data.
  85. After logging in to the account a user can post his thoughts, share images, can search for a friend, message a friend, and so on.
