For your information I've got the "DEViANCE" version of the game: 1) https://thepiratebay.org/torrent/5324742/COMMAND.AND.CONQUER.RED.ALERT.2.YURIS.REVENGE-DEViANCE, no flicker (after using CnC Graphics Patch & the link above to DDRAW.dll, & also full campaigns, unlike the Pakistan guys link, which has a weird campaign. Also worth mentioning if you want movies you'll have to get the "Win10 Fixed" version (both torrents) & then copy the .MIX files which are 0 bytes (no movies) to the "DEViANCE" version, I'd post links but just PM me for what you need.

P.S: The reason I had to turn to torrent was 'cause my CD version doesn't work anymore...
