  127. - Classes are always different and will focus on the key areas of the body that carry the most tension for the majority of people
  128. - Begin to experience yin yoga as well as gentle yoga as the perfect balance to Yang (vinyasa flow/power yoga)
  129. - Get active and the blood pumping with with the cardio section of the course
  130. - Learn to meditate with breath and movement, that will help you move better as well as improve your mental health and stress levels.

  132. Requirements
  133. - You will need a yoga mat first and foremost and yoga blocks and yoga strap are helpful but cushions, trouser belt or even books can be used to replace those things if the possibility of purchasing the items is an issue and some may even be ok with just a mat.
  134. - Some prior basic yoga knowledge is really helpful but not completely necessary to complete this course. Each class is done in a way that all levels can benefit from as variations are given ensuring all levels are catered for. Even if you were once active 10 years ago for example your body remembers and you will see a rapid improvement in all aspects of your fitness and strength by the time you complete the course. If this is your fist time then this will be the stepping stone that takes you on you yoga journey.
  135. - If you suffer from any historic injuries you have to ensure by consulting a doctor first that you are able to practice a vinyasa flow yoga class. I cannot take responsibility for any injuries, so listen to your body don’t push yourself beyond your capabilities and always come out of a pose if you feel pain, discomfort is ok, pain is not. We are here to improve our health not make it worse so be kind to yourself and listen.

These 30-minute yoga videos focus on key areas like hips, legs, shoulders, and the spine, improving core strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Each class starts with a warm-up and breathwork sequence, followed by progressively challenging flows and poses, ensuring ongoing interest and development.

  146. - Restore, Gentle Flow Yoga: These days are dedicated to slow-flow vinyasa yoga, allowing you to move meditatively with your breath and body. It helps declutter the mind and keeps your body supple and open, preparing you for the next day's class.
  147. - Balance: The balance classes focus on enhancing your balance, progressing from easy to more challenging balancing poses. In a short time, you'll build a strong foundation for improved alignment and increased strength in your legs, arms, ankles, and wrists.
