- Suddenly, there was a sound from the surrounding trees.
- An engine gunning. A truck.
- "Those are my boys," said Wilson. "Im gonna have me some fun tonight!" He fired again, narrowly missing Jules this time.
- Then another sound, a different sound, got Wilson's attention-hollering voices and gunfire. All three turned to see the headlights of the truck dancing behind the dark trees. More gunfire, then a strange whistling sound from overhead and the truck exploded, filling the black night with flashing light like fireworks.
