  3. You originally dispensed with our services, calling us "overpriced" and a "rip-off", despite our prices being one of, if not the lowest in the area. Then you set up in direct competition with us, which I understand didn't exactly work out well for you. You did your level best to damage our business and our reputation and now you have the audacity to ask for our assistance? I commend you on your gall.
