I have been passed your e-mail by Chloe who has asked me to respond to your request on her behalf:

You originally dispensed with our services, calling us "overpriced" and a "rip-off", despite our prices being one of, if not the lowest in the area.  Then you set up in direct competition with us, which I understand didn't exactly work out well for you.  You did your level best to damage our business and our reputation and now you have the audacity to ask for our assistance?  I commend you on your gall.

Given your behaviour in the past, I do not feel that it would be correct, appropriate or sound business sense to enter into any kind of working relationship with you again.  We are not willing to undertake any further support work for you at this time.
