  4. Commissioned by Taras Taciuk this book was composed by Dr. Nina Soyfer to encourage daily practice of Ukrainian flute in C tuning, sopilka. The book is organized into 7 practice days and is not intended as a song in itself, although some sections are quite lyrical.

  22. Try vibrato on long notes, or "trrrr" or "tikitiki" just to keep in shape.
