- These files contain model, animation, and texture data. The end data is possibly animation keyframe data. Odd how they are at the end of the last texture. The beginning of skeleton files in hex is: ce fa 00 00. For the most part, the Dreamcast and PC skeleton files are mostly the same. The only noticeable difference is texture format. They are both pvr formats. Dreamcast format is vq argb1555, mipmap, while PC format is Square Twiddled. There are Dreamcast skeletons in PC. Most will work in PC, but will end up being green because the PC version does not support vq format. Interestingly, I figured out the Dreamcast pvr format before the PC format.
