penalty charge

This was due to ******heart treatment on 18november

For penalty charge of ******2555$

Rang you before penalty time 27 February and was given  time  to send in pension credit letter which was sent to me detailing my benefit from
APRIL 2020

But that letter has been misplaced and cant be found
Still trying to find that letter
