  1. There appeared to be a connection error. I was never presented with an error though. It just keep going round and round trying to connect.
  2.
  3. Look, I bought your plugin to fix a problem I had. It didn’t work, so I found a plugin that did. If you plugin worked, I’d be using it, but it didn’t. I’m not wasting my time trying to get something to work when it doesn’t work from the moment I install it and set it up. I can’t work without a connection to IS, so I had to move on. I had no choice.
  4.
  5. I have no interest in trying to get you to resolve this now as I bought another plugin within a few hours of trying to get this to work. That works, so I have no need for this.
  6.
  7. If you think it’s fair to keep my money after selling me a plugin that didn’t work for me, that I have not yet used, then by all means, keep my money. But I would really like a refund so I can finish this conversation.
  8.
  9. Thanks
  10. Josh

  18. Hey Josh,
  19.
  20. Nope, the license just gives you access to support and automatic updates. There's no way we can stop you from using the plugin. You've bought it, it's yours now.
  21.
  22. What doesn't work exactly? If there was a connection error you would have gotten an error message. Perhaps your WordPress site needs to be whitelisted in your Infusionsoft app?
  23.
  24. If you can let me try and resolve this, I'll go ahead and issue a refund, regardless if it was a bug in WP Fusion or user error. I see you still have the plugin on your site, so it shouldn't take any time at all to figure out what caused the problem.

  36. If you provide a license, then revoke it, then surely my plugin stops working? Is that not how that works?
  37.
  38. I entered py248 and my API key, and I followed everything else that needed to be done. And it doesn't work, so what am I supposed to do?
  39.
  40. As a rule in life, if things start poorly, I don't proceed with them. I've had bad employees who should have been fired week one, that stayed longer because I broke this rule. And it's occurred a dozen times more with software too.
  41.
  42. First impressions are vital, and as your software didn't work, I found an alternative solution as I needed on ASAP. I know nothing about your software so I don't know how well it's supported, when it was last developed, etc. so I carry on looking for an alternative.
  43.
  44. Long story short, it didn't work, I found a replacement, I won't be using it at all, and I would like my money back please.

  52. Hey Joshua,
  53.
  54. It's not really "who-knows-how-long", we provide support 7 days a week, and usually respond to all requests within the same day. You never submitted a support request, you left a comment on one of our posts... so it took a little longer, but we did get back to you the same day.
  55.
  56. The reason we provide that level of support is that customers occasionally need help getting things set up... and I definitely understand purchasing something and wanting to get started as quickly as possible. Some possible issues are putting in the full URL to your Infusionsoft app (like https://ps359.infusionsoft.com/) instead of the application ID (like ps359), or using an incorrect API key.
  57.
  58. If there is indeed a problem with the plugin, or it won't work on your site, I'd be happy to provide a refund... but to do that we have to first check if there is actually a problem. If there is, then this also helps future customers.
  59.
  60. I know this seems unfair but this is a pretty common policy with open source plugins. We used to have an unconditional refund policy, and we'd had a large number of people requesting refunds but continuing to use the plugin... which we could see when they called home for updates. Then they would go for six months or a year without automatic updates, something would break, and they would either leave bad reviews or try to get support on a license we'd already issued a refund for. This is why the policy is how it is.
  61.
  62. Thanks
  63. Jack

  73. I don't think that's fair at all. InfusedWoo stopped working properly (high load times on my checkout), so I was immediately in need of a new solution. I tried yours, followed instructions, and it didn't work straight out of the gate. If your plugin doesn't work when I first install it (it's the integration with Infusionsoft that wouldn't connect) then you can't expect a customer to have the faith and patience to wait for you. Am I supposed to wait who-knows-how-long for a response to a customer support ticket for a new product while my website is broken? Would you?
  74.
  75. Please send me a full refund.

  82. Hey Josh,
  83.
  84. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting WP Fusion to work. Per the terms and conditions which you agreed to at checkout (https://wpfusionplugin.com/terms-conditions/), you need to open a support ticket and at least allow us to troubleshoot the problem before we can offer a refund.
  85.
  86. We have hundreds of customers happily using WP Fusion with Infusionsoft, but I can understand that sometimes it could be confusing generating your API key and making the initial connection— that's why we put such an emphasis on providing excellent customer support.
  87.
  88. If you could describe the problem you're experiencing in more detail, perhaps we can walk you through the initial setup. I'd also be happy to log into your site for you and get everything configured. If you'd like me to, then just send a WP Admin login for your site, as well as your Infusionsoft application name and API key. If you need help generating an API key, I'd be happy to walk you through it.
  89.
  90. Cheers

  98. I want a refund. It wouldn't connect with Infusionsoft no matter how many times I tried. Doesn't work. Found a different plugin now.
