- |:SECTION 1-A: What is The Zentinel Legion?
- The Zentinel Legion is a community-based war clan, we rely on more skills rather than numbers, and we believe it is a must to focus on both swords and guns.
- |:SECTION 1-B: Advancement Requirements
- There is only one way to be promoted to Cadet, and that is by completing the advancement requirements.
- Enlists are given no longer than two (2) weeks to complete the advancement requirements, else they are removed for inactivity.
- Requirements:
- - Purchase the uniform or the enlistment t-shirt.
- - Knowledge about the guides.
- - Complete the TZL Advancement Course which can be found here: https://www.roblox.com/games/254098965/TZL-Advancement-Course
- |:SECTION 2-A: Introduction to the laws
- When you are on-duty, you are to abide by these laws stated below; failure to abide the rules results a punishment. Being on-duty is when you are representing the clan itself.
- |:SECTION 2-B: Basic Conduct
- - Use your common sense at all times.
- - ROBLOX rules still apply within the clan.
- - Flaming and bullying is strictly prohibited, we want to keep the clan friendly here.
- - You are to address your superiors by "Sir" or "Ma'am" depending on their gender.
- - Obey your superiors at all times.
- - Respect is mandatory and you are to respect all ranks equally.
- - Maturity and grammar is highly encouraged.
- - The CC has the right to remove you if they doubt your loyalty.
- |:SECTION 2-C: Events
- - The host is to be given the highest attention and authority.
- - Everyone but the host and co-host are not permitted to use their admin unless necessary.
- - Raids and defences are to be given higher priority than trainings; trainings are automatically cancelled when a raid or defence is on.
- - Unnecessary chats are highly discouraged.
- - Keep the event the way it should be; joint events should be TZL and allies only, raids should be raiders, allies, and TZL only, and so on.
- |:SECTION 2-D: Superiors
- - Abusing your powers leads you into either a demotion or exile with blacklist depending on how bad the situation may be.
- - Maturity is mandatory.
- - Respect the current host during an event.
- |:SECTION 2-E: Punishment System
- The punishment system is designed to keep order within the clan.
- The system should be followed at all times:
- Warning
- - This is given to all minor mistakes. This includes flaming, cursing, and so on.
- Demotion
- - This is given when a minor mistake is committed the second time, or when major mistakes are committed. Major mistakes include: Abusing powers in a group place, being disrespectful to other members, and so on.
- Exile
- - This is given when a minor mistake is committed after being demoted up to Enlist. Or when a major mistake is committed the third time. Take note that you are still permitted to rejoin the clan.
- Blacklist
- - This is given when having a previous record of exile and committing a similar mistake.
- Being blacklisted bans you from all group places, and you will be exiled automatically when rejoining the legion.
- |:SECTION 3-A: Training Requirements
- To host a training, the following requirements must be met:
- - The training must have at least three (3) activities hosted.
- - Captains+ are required for an official training.
- - Lieutenants are required for an unofficial training, and are to be made official when an HR is co-hosting it.
- - The training must be at least thirty (30) minutes long and no longer than an hour.
- - Enlists are not permitted to be promoted until they have completed the advancement requirements.
- |:SECTION 3-B: Training Awarding
- - Promotions are given to LRs by HRs.
- - Recommendations are give to LRs by MRs, MRs by HRs and CCs, or HRs by CCs.
- - No more than five (5) promotions/recommendations are allowed in each training.
- - Recommendations are to be only sent on the recommendation channel on the discord server.
- - If the trainee doesn't get promoted within twenty-four (24) hours, please report this issue to the Command Council with evidence of being awarded.
- |:SECTION 4-A: Rank System and Rank Icons
- The ranks are divided into four (4) sections to avoid confusion about their powers and abilities. The ranks are labeled with icons to make it easier for people to understand.
- [X] Enlist, Diplomat, and Automations
- - These ranks are not truly a member of the legion.
- [L] Cadet - Lance Corporal
- - These are the low ranks, they have less experience compared to those of their superiors.
- [M] Sergeant - Lieutenant
- - These are the middle ranks, they have quite more experience and are permitted to lead when a high rank is not present.
- [H] Captain - Marshal
- - These are the high ranks; they are permitted to host official group events.
- [CC] Council - Commander
- - These are the command councils; they are the minds of the legion, mostly providing the right decisions for TZL.
- |:SECTION 4-B: Rank Requirements
- These requirements are to be met in order for a member to advance to the next rank. The CC has the right to demote a soldier if they feel that the requirements are not met.
- [X] Enlist
- - Earned upon enlisting in the legion.
- [L] Cadet - Lance Corporal
- - Earned upon doing good in an official group event.
- [M] Sergeant
- - Earned upon receiving a recommendation from an HR.
- [M] Staff Sergeant
- - Earned upon receiving two (2) recommendations from an HR.
- [M] Lieutenant
- - Earned upon receiving three (3) recommendations from an HR.
- [x] Diplomat
- - Earned upon being presented by the allied clan leader.
- [H] Captain
- - Earned upon completing the HR test to be given by a CC.
- [H] Major
- - Earned upon receiving a recommendation from the CC.
- [H] Marshal
- - Earned upon receiving a recommendation from the CC.
- [X] Automation
- - These are the official alts of the legion.
- [CC] Council
- - Awarded upon being appointed by the commander himself or winning a vote.
- [CC] High Council
- - Awarded upon being appointed by the commander himself or winning a vote.
- [C] Commander
- - This rank can't be earned unless the commander himself is resigning.
- |:SECTION 5-A: Shouts
- Shouts are one of the easiest ways to announce something to all group members.
- You are to react to shouts as soon as possible. ROBLOX+ is highly recommended, this is a chrome extension which notifies you when there are new shouts.
- |:SECTION 5-B: Shout Tags
- These are the only shout tags which must be used on the shout.
- |:MSG:| - Used when displaying messages.
- |:KIS:| - Keep In Shout, these are important messages which shouldn't be over-shouted for a certain period of time.
- |:TRAINING:| - Used for displaying a message regarding a training.
- |:MEETING:| - Used for displaying a message regarding a meeting.
- |:RAID:| - Used for displaying a message regarding a raid.
- |:DEFEND:| - Used for displaying a message regarding a defense.
- |:GAMENIGHT:| - Used for displaying a message regarding a time for fun!
