  1. The Outside
  2. ~ hub for any and all travelers, people seeking refuge, and anyone else who is allowed access
  3. ~ access to everywhere- every universe, fandom, timeline, and world, except ours
  4. ~ as big or small as it needs to be, different areas for different tastes
  5. ~ different areas entail architecture, technological advancement, and general aesthetic
  6. ~ if a traveler dies they will be brought back here with their bodies and minds intact
  7. ~ people can choose their age at will when they turn 18, but not their base features- this is to prevent impersonation and stuff from
  8. happening
  9. ~ traveler academy (name pending) is also here
  10. ~ if a traveler chooses to pull someone into the Outside, they can enroll here; children born here can also choose to enroll in this
  11. academy from 15 up, as traveling can be dangerous
  12. ~ no physical harm is possible due to the magic woven into the world, and even if it were it would heal
  13. ~ on top of that, most magic is disabled except under these conditions:
  14. ~ the magic cannot directly hurt someone, like teleportation and healing magic (this doesn't apply to telepathy
  15. due to privacy concerns)
  16. ~ or
  17. ~ it's practiced in special training areas
