- If you are experiencing connection problems, follow these steps:
- 1. **Select the best connection mode for you. You can find "Connection Mode" on the side menu of our app, it is highly recommended to select "Auto-mode" and try connecting again. If this does not work, please try IKEv2 mode as well.**
- 1. Select the best server location for you. You can find server locations on top of the main screen.
- If none of the above works, please try the following steps:
- On iOS:
- * Please clear your iOS device cookies and cache files, by tapping 'Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
- * Then reboot your device. After this, try to connect again.
