This pastebin was made to help new "hackers" understand what an OpSec is and how to stay several steps ahead of feds. I will not be going into depth for this guide.

[#] ~ Screen Names ~ [#]
Now for your alias you MUST not link it to your ANONYMOUS screen name. This alias should only be used for connecting IRC Networks/Emails/Facebook/Google Services and so fourth. Your alias should be completely separate from your screen name, linking it could result in being tracked by the FBI/NSA/Police etc. One slip of not following these rules could result in you going to jail for a long time depending on what you are charged for.

You are going to now create an Anonymous screen name. This will be your second alter-ego for use with other things such as Email/Hacking/Chatting with other Anons and so on.

Create a back story that is believable to use alongside your Anonymous screen names, preferably with supporting evidence [Use a common name, a school in the city of your choosing, choose a place in the same city where your fake alias works]. NEVER contaminate this back story with real information.

When creating your Anonymous screen names, do so through TOR as well as a VPN layered on top. This will guarantee that all account creation details remain Anonymous and untraceable.

[#] ~ Buying a VPN ~ [#]
First off, you are going to need to purchase TWO different VPN services from TWO separate VPN providers. NEVER USE YOUR PERSONAL
CREDIT CARDS!!!. To do this you are going to need to get about $50 cash, head into a high populated store, wear something you wouldn't normally wear, buy a prepaid MasterCard/Visa/AMEX or whatever and make sure your face is hidden from ALL cameras when buying this card. Write down ALL the information on the card (Card number, CVV, Expiry date, ect) and the securely dispose of the card (Either burn the card or cut it into four pieces and put each piece in separate trash bins that are in separate locations).

When purchasing these VPNs, ALWAYS read their Terms of Service (ToS) as well as their Privacy Policies (PP) to make sure that they DO NOT keep logs or IPs and/or activities.

NEVER use your VPNs for personal use.

ALWAYS keep your Anonymous screen names separate from each other.

NEVER release any statements or information that would implicate any activities of any of your other screen names.

ABSOLUTELY UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY REAL LEGIT TRUTHFUL INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF OR FAMILY OR FRIENDS.

ALWAYS keep your circle tight.

ALWAYS hide your face while on webcam.

ALWAYS use voice changing software while talking on radio and/or webcam.

NEVER trust anyone.

NEVER reveal your plans.

NEVER operate from your own house.

NEVER give out details about your OpSec. (VPN providers, encryption technologies, and so on).

ALWAYS be proactively paranoid.

NEVER talk to the police. If you have to, disinform them to shit!
