  1. Hi, Sarah. You said this was about a recent reservation, so I didn't think it could be Eleazar again. He was here last month, and we've had ten guests since then.

  3. A case was already opened for Eleazar, and resolved. Why is one being opened again?

  5. Eleazar stayed with us for four nights, and made no complaints while he was here. Then, after he left, he said he didn't like the room and wanted a full refund. When I didn't refund his money, he started saying I'd entered his room against his wishes. When he still didn't get a refund, he started saying I'd stolen from him. Now he's saying I watched him through a window... ? That's new. And I don't know what "leaving the property in a disorganized state" means.

  7. Eleazar is very mentally unwell. He sends me long, rambling, threatening messages. You can look at our conversations to see what I mean. I reported him on July 29, when it started. You opened a case and resolved it then. Since then, he asked for money through Airbnb and attached an incoherent, 27-page, all-caps, punctuation-free insane rant. If you don't see it in his money request, I put a copy of it here for you:

  11. Now he's making this third attempt to not pay for the nights he spent here. Each time, he makes up some new accusation he didn't make before. I'm sorry that we have to have his mendacious review on our listing, but we'll put up with that. But we really can't have our listings suspended over and over because of him.

  13. We have a 4.9-star rating from over 130 reviews over two years, including several 5-star reviews since he was here. We are really not the problem here. If he's made any specific accusations this time that I didn't answer last time, let me know. And please, if you can, make a note on our account about his vendetta against us, so we don't have to keep going through this.
