Guardian Duel elements

Yu-Gi-Oh! Guardian Duel is a Yu-Gi-Oh! card game first released in 2022. It brings elements from Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories.

Gameplay
There are 5 Monster Zones and 5 Spell & Trap Zones. Also there is 1 Field Zone, and an Extra Deck.
The Deck consists of 40 cards.
Players start the Duel with five cards in their hand. During their Draw Phase, the turn player draws until they have 5 cards in the hand, and the same applies to the person who starts the duel first. Players with 5 or more cards in hand can still draw 1 card.
Players can Normal Summon/Set up to 2 monsters in a single turn.

Guardian Stars
Each monster has 2 Guardian Stars which you have to choose from, different from each other. They are: Sun, Mercury, Venus, Moon, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. They play a role in deck building and while supporting monsters.

Sun is strong against Moon
Moon is strong against Venus
Venus is strong against Mercury
Mercury is strong against Sun
Mars is strong against Jupiter
Jupiter is strong against Saturn
Saturn is strong against Uranus
Uranus is strong against Pluto
Pluto is strong against Neptune
Neptune is strong against Mars

When a monster attacks a monster with an opposing Guardian Star, the monster with the superior Guardian Star gains 500 ATK and DEF during that damage calculation.

Gender
The gender of the card is a reference to the anime effect of "Shadow of Eyes" and the manga effect of "Number 22: Zombiestein", and only play part in effects.
