Since it has types of versions

Pick your character (for example : Mewtwo) http://mugen.wikia.com/wiki/Mewtwo

Scroll down to the type of versions people made

For Example : Nyancha's Version

Go to Read More on Nyancha's Version

Click uploader.jp

This is the Direct Download if you dont wanna do it http://ux.getuploader.com/28nchamugen/download/22/y_mewtwo.zip

Click on ダウンロード ( or Download )

Press Download Now

The folder should be called y_mewtwo.zip

Open y_mewtwo.zip

Now open your extracted Mugen folder

Go to the folder char

Put y_mewtwo.zip into char

Now go to the folder data

Click on select.def

Open it as Notepad

Scroll down until you see ;Insert your characters below.

Copy the folder's name below kfm720, stages/kfm.def

(for example : y_mewtwo)

add a comma

y_mewtwo,

Space and add order=3

y_mewtwo, order=3

Save select.def

Go to the Mugen .exe application

If successful, Mewtwo will appear in Slot 3
