<blockquote><i>"Someone closely involved with production is leaking information—— stuff that no one should know."</i></blockquote>Wild. I was not prepared for this making-of-documentary to have a mystery of its own. It brought me back to when these films were first released, and we were all hearing about people trying to leak as much information as possible. I'm not sure if it was ever determined what happened regarding the leaks, though. Nonetheless, I still liked the style of the video diary. It really shows the rushed chaos that the franchise has with a lot of problem-solving and teasing. I suppose it's a spiritual sequel to director Darren Lynn Bousman's shorter video diary from the previous film.

My favorite part, however, has to be the fact that they are actively making fun of Bousman for his obsession with transitions in the film. I forget who said it, but I died laughing when I heard <i>"I think this one should be called Saw IV: Transitions."</i> Not gonna lie, these featurettes made me appreciate the team of the original saga even more. What great sets these early films must have been to be on.
