But that's what happened.
Now, believing he was perma-banned (and thus believing there were no consquences for his actions) Fez said a lot to Penny. This included that he was considering trying to enter back in illegitmately. This however was part of a longer negotation with Penny on being allowed to enter back in as a lurker, which Fez believed was entirely justified. You can't piss people off as a lurker right?

You may be wondering, was that the right thing to do? Should Fez have implied he would try to illegitimately lurk at CAR?

Consider the following, imagine your entire social life was taken away. Every friendship you've ever formed. You'd probably go to some extreme measures, especially during the shock of a perma ban from that place. A few hours afterwards when Fez had calmed down he realised that he shouldn't have said that,

He should not have said that, he was acting off emotion and not logically. Yet after supposedly being permabanned from the only place that accepted him, allowed him to be himself and form friendships; this is entirely understandable.

Alright: the reason for my ban as far as I can discern.
During my first month or so of CaR me and Perry didn't have a very happy relationship. It was mostly stuff surrounding the cuddle corner and the casual RP there. So starting out I didn't have a good standing with the mods.
Another thing of note is that in the cuddle corner my character was unhealthily obsessed with Lauren's, but she didn't realize that and came to hate me, thinking that IRL me was obsessed with IRL her. I was able to explain that wasn't the case but I'm not sure she believed me. Either way she really dislikes me.

When nsfw_discussion was created I immediately took a liking to it. It was the place I stuck around pretty much all the time, but . . .
Lauren and Rob were the only mods that frequented it. And they decided they could make the rules for it, which included no RP.
Lauren and Rob would spend hours saying how they would fuck each other if they could meet, which I understand is technically not RP. However, the reason that RP was banned is that it takes up chat and stops other discussion, and their non-RP did exactly that.
Me and Lauren argued with each other a lot about it, and eventually we were sent to the mediation room, where she literally said "I feel like I need a scapegoat to pour all my anger on, and I tend to choose people who are already disliked, so I chose you"
We both ended it fairly civilly by promising not to do the things that were problematic

The next day she was doing it again.
I got pretty pissed at that and had a PM discussion about it. I kept it civil for about two hours, trying to present my case, but the entire time she was dissmissive, and finally I called her a few names.
I immediately realized that I shouldn't have done that, copied the entire transcript, and asked Penny if he or one of the other mods would moderate the discussion, so that we had some regulation and it wouldn't resort to name calling anymore.
And then Penny banned me. The first question I asked was "Is it permanent" and well . . . you know the rest.
I would also like to say that I was never warned, I never got a temp ban, I was never told to knock it off other than the mediation.
