Rose Duel elements

Yu-Gi-Oh! Rose Duel is a Yu-Gi-Oh! card game first released in 2022. It brings elements from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelists of the Roses.

Gameplay
There are 5 Monster Zones and 5 Spell & Trap Zones. Also there is 1 Field Zone.
There are no Extra Monster Zones, thus Link Monsters do not exist in Rose Duel.
The Deck consists of 40 cards.
Players start the Duel with five cards in their hand. During their Draw Phase, the turn player draws 2 card. The same applies to the person who starts the duel first, but they only get to draw 1 card.
Players can Normal Summon/Set as many monsters as they want in a single turn, as long as they have the appropriate Deck Cost. Level 5 and higher monsters must still be Tribute Summoned normally.

Deck Cost
During each of your turns, you gain 100 Deck Cost (DC for short). With that, you need to pay DC to Summon monsters or activate Spell/Trap Cards. DC is calculated as such:
For monsters, the DC equals the sum of ATK and DEF of the monster divided by 100 (rounded up if the result is not a whole number).
For Spell/Trap Cards, the DC is determined of how strong the power level of said card is. More powerful Spell/Trap Cards have higher Deck Cost.
