- Voice Commands
- + New voice command "Sniper Ahead!" bound to replace "Pass to Me" ('voicemenu 0 8' and 'voicemenu 1 8') or 'sm_sniper'
- Plays MvM Sniper callout when available or custom voice otherwise, and has a decal appear above the player's head
- Will highlight an enemy sniper for 2 seconds when aiming at the sniper when making the command
- A requested QOL feature for communicating the presence of a sniper. The experimental feature of a highlight will require testing but shouldn't be too debilitating for the enemy sniper if someone has to be in his line of sight just to point out his location.
- Flamethrower
- + Lingering flame damage increased to up to 6 per tick
- + Lingering flame damage qualifies for minicrits
- Fixed lingering flames counting hits through surfaces
- Tweaks to lingering flames hit and surface detection
- A consistency buff, making the fire be more damaging when being clipped briefly while hopefully not stacking too quickly when trapped in the flames.
- Blast Jumping
- More consistently counts explosive and airblast jumps for blast jump countering weapons
- Jarate, Mad Milk
- Can no longer exploit swapping loadout for a full jar
- Persian Persuader
- + Fixed some ammo packs not properly refilling charge and reserves
- Simply fixing unintended bugs to make behavior consistent.
- Ullapool Caber
- + Increased recharge from ammo boxes to 10%/25%/50% (was 6.7%/16.7%/33.3%)
- Reduction in time seemed particularly punishing and required too much ammo.
- Enforcer
- + Decreased decloak speed penalty to 0.5s slower (was 1.0s slower)
- Decreasing a downside that seemed too harsh, hopefully encouraging more use without being debilitating for the spy.
- Phlogistinator
- + Added +66% lingering flame duration
- Lingering flames emit a smokey trail
- Improved alt-fire visuals
- - Removed bonus damage during MMMPH charge
- Changes made to help distinguish it more while reining in some annoyances in its power. The increased in lingering flame duration should help in building MMMPH faster where it's damage has been reduced.
- Vaccinator
- + Reverted 10% passive damage resistances on patients and medic
- + While ubercharged, players regenerate up to 24 HP per second without additional heal beams
- A buff to help in where the Vaccinator was underwhelming. The passive resistance will help draw out when a bubble will need to be popped, and additional regeneration given to patients with a bubble will help in spreading out buffs and heals to teammates when multitasking.
- Conniver's Kunai
- - Added: -33% cloak regeneration rate
- A downside given to help what was seen as a purely beneficial knife. The slower cloak regen should make escape slightly more challenging to make the extra health more necessary and the reduced max HP more likely to encounter.
- Spy-cicle
- - No longer recharges with ammo packs
- Done to help make spamming melts less possible, as the knife appeared too active.
- Cow Mangler
- + No slowdown while charging
- + Removed building damage penalty
- - -25% clip size
- - If damaged(>=10) while charging, charge is cancelled and weapon backfires
- - On backfire, clip is emptied and an explosion happens on your position
- A new rebalance to help differentiate the Cow Mangler some more. The bottomless clip is counterbalanced by the clip penalty. However this clip penalty soft buffs the frequency of charge shots, which are additionally buffed by being less sluggish and more reasonable to use in combat. However with the ability to trigger a backfire, the charging now requires better evasion to use effectively.
